+ -1 moreIssac Cohen deserve most of the credit for making the this project possible. All the other contractors who was aware of the City Code told me it couldn't be done. Issac and I discussed it and concluded that I should go to the City Planner for clarification. The Planner confirm that it couldn't be done as planned but it could be done by making a modification. Issac was very professional, Proactive and Considerate. I would highly recommend HomeFix Construction.
Description of Work: Patio Cover in Back Yard between House and detached Garage.
