Phase 1: Cool Roof, 100% windows, Solar, with Battery & EV charger. Complete & perfect! Phase 2: Room addition, laundry re-locate. Finished and better than I could have imagined! Phase 3: Stucco repair, wood trim repair, vent repair, and complete exterior paint. Perfect! Phase 4: Bathroom remodel. Will finish 11/23/24. Looking beautiful! Phase 5: Full kitchen remodel and expansion. Starts 11/28/24. ECD 12/21/24 Can’t wait!

Thank you to the whole team that took the extra time with my elderly mom, answering questions and not being insulted when she asked for her "senior discount". They had to remove the old solar system too, which was a mess. Professional, efficient and goes the extra mile for superb service and a quality job.
