Eli had re-keyed a knob for us recently, for some reason we were unable to make it lock, he came out & showed me how we're supposed to lock it. He scheduled me for the same day I called, he was on time, always very nice & helpful, Eli made suggestions as to how we could protect our property more than just the electric security gates we have, very nice, I would tell everyone to use Guardian Angel Locksmith.

The safe malfunctioned (could not open even with the right combination code), I called Guardian Angels and Eli was very professional and helped schedule the service the next day. Felix is the locksmith who came to my home: he was very punctuate. Excellent skills and very professional during the entire service call. In addition to opening up the safe, he also helped change multiple door lockers. During the service time, he noticed that a smoking detector was chirping (we were too busy during a transition time to take care of the battery). He offered to change all the batteries and he even had the right batteries for the smoke detectors with him! We were very grateful for Felix?s help! I used Guardian Angel before; both times we had very satisfactory experiences with the company.

It went great. I had an appointment in two days. The tech was within the timeframe committed to. And he was very nice. His name is Gilli and he was great. Got me in the house, changed the broken lock, rejected it to match my existing keys, and made me extra keys. He was in and out in 30 minutes.

Gilli, their field technician came both times. He was prompt, professional, and was able to get our outdoor side gates to close and lock for the first time in 2 years (others had tried and failed). He is a particularly kind and patient gentleman who answered all my questions and was willing to take whatever time was needed to solve the problem. I called them a second time and requested Gilli, who again solved the problem in just a few minutes. I would highly recommend this company and this technician.

I contacted Guardian because I needed two locks rekeyed. They listed the $79 deal, which was an amazing price. I had the same locks changed a year ago (the property is a lease house) and was charged over $200 last time. Gilli was wonderful. I phoned late morning and was able to arrange to meet him later that afternoon. He was on time, professional and did not try to upsell me. I would DEFINITELY use this company again.

Great deal was purchased online for 2 locks to be re-keyed + 3 free keys. It stated we would get a call within 2 days to see if the dates and times we had selected were available for scheduling. Much to our surprise, they called us within 30 minutes of purchasing deal and we had a tech here the next day fixing our locks. Our tech, Felix, was not only on-time, he was personable, professional and helpful. Great service overall!

Eli was knowledgeable, patient and explained things clearly. He didn't push a particular product or try to upsell. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. He presented himself well and had all the supplies he needed on his truck. We would definitely call on Guardian Angel Locksmith again if/when we need these services.

Gilli was on time and very professional. After examining the door and lock he clearly explained the charges involved before proceeding. He was able to fix the problem and gave us advice on future maintenance. We will certainly call him again when needed.

Repairman was efficient and solved problem by removing pins in door hinges and carefully pulled door out releasing pressure on dead bolt caused by sagging door frame. Lock was inspected and found to be working. It was lubricated and the dead bolt plate in the door frame was adjusted to engage the lock without sticking.

We found this locksmith on Angie's List, and we could not be happier with the service. They same out quickly to our new house and rekeyed every lock. They arrived right on time, they were friendly and courteous and their prices are also very reasonable. I had used another company to make some copies of keys for a rental and it was very expensive. I really wish I had known about Guardian Angel Locksmith then. I will be using them for all of my future locksmith needs.

I bought my coupon at noon and the technician, Gilli, stopped by the same day. Gilli came fully prepared with everything he needed in his van. I bought a $79 coupon for 2 rekeyed locks. Turns out that I misunderstood what re-keying means. What I actually needed is one new lock, and one lock fixed. He patiently explained the difference to me and did the service for about $110. He was very nice and gave me several discounts on the services that he provided. So, in all, I only paid another $30. Gilli was very professional, clean and quick. He was extraordinarily courteous. He explained all charges upfront, and even tried his best to include other Angie's list coupons that would help me. I am very pleased with Gilli, and definitely will call him for further lock issues.

I arrived home after work at about 6 pm- our entry door lock for our unit was really difficult to open from inside. My daughter had to call her sister to come unlock the door from outside. I had bought this lock about 5 years ago from a now defunct locksmith on Ventura-when they installed the lock-it was a shabby install and cost me about 400- they were supposed to keep my key order(lost it). I had used Guardian Angel thru Angies List to rekey my mailbox-which had broken. Eli did an excellent job and even helped me with a sliding glass door that wouldn't lock properly. When I had an issue at 6 pm- called Eli- said it couldn't wait till AM-can't sleep with unlocked door-. Eli had another job for eve but would come as soon as he could-was there within the hour. Really did an amazing job on the new lock-also replaced part in .the door jam-(which other company did not do). Checked and double checked the install until it opened and closed with ease. All for much less than my other lock installer and with excellent installation. Eli is very personable and professional-he cares about his work. If I ever need any lock replaced-this is the only company I will call. Thank you thank you.

I contacted Guardian Angel Locksmith for a lock adjustment to the lock system we had in place. Their service technician educated me to other options, specifically multi-lock, which was ideal for our situation. He changed the locks to multi-lock where the keys cannot be duplicated by anybody but me. Given that we have multiple service providers for my aged mother, this was the perfect solution to our situation. Service provider was exceptionally helpful and easy to work with.
