Description of Work: Eli came to my home to rekey a lock and make extra keys. After he finished that I asked him if he would look at a few more locks I was having problems with. I felt a little awkward because I did not mention that in my original call. He told me that it was no problem to show him what I needed. He fixed three other locks in my home that needed some TLC. He was very professional. He understands the value of his customers and is conscience about providing a good value for the work he preforms. I definitely recommend him. This was the first time I used a service from Angie's List, I hope Eli's service is indicative of all future referral I receive.

Description of Work: I needed a locksmith to service locks on the front and back doors of my rental house. The front door has antique brass hardware where the deadbolt knob was very loose. The back door had a rental grade door knob with a broken lock. I called Guardian Angel because I saw they had a history of good service and many good reviews. Making an appointment was a breeze. I was impressed that I got a live person, not a machine, when I called the office. They were able to accommodate me around my work schedule which was very helpful. Eli, the technician, showed up promptly for the appointment in a well equipped work truck. We went over the 2 problem locks and he went to work immediately. He replaced the back door knob in no time. He didn't even have to re-key it. After disassembling the front door deadbolt, he explained how he could fix the loose knob. Once again, he seemed to fix it in a short amount of time. After the work was performed he prepared my bill and went over it with me. The charges seemed very reasonable. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for a good locksmith!

Description of Work: Eli was right on time and addressed our needs thoroughly. Locks are a little pricier then expected but I also had a difficult old lock that Yoo a lot of work.

Description of Work: I called Guardian Angel Locksmith to fix my large gate lock after a break in. Eli came out at the agreed upon time. He braced the gate, replaced the lock and fixed the dead bolt. He was very knowledgeable and made suggestions that would improve my security. He worked briskly and was very personable. I recommend him without hesitation and intend to use him in the future for all of my locksmith needs.

Description of Work: I called Eli to have my mailbox lock replaced due to someone damaging the lock while breaking into our mailbox. We had set up an appointment for later in the afternoon and I wanted to make sure that they would have a "heavy duty" lock on their truck.. He asked me to take a picture of the lock. I took pictures of the inside and outside of the lock and mail box and emailed it to him. Over the phone he told me how to repair the problem thus saving me his service call and a new lock. I will call Eli again when I need a locksmith.

Description of Work: We had a great experience with Eli. I oversee security for a family and we had to change all the locks at one of the resedences on short notice. Eli was out there the same day and fnished everything very quickl. he did terrific work! I will highly recommend him to all of my colleagues in the area.

First he re-keyed all the locks in our home as our landlord had neglected to do so, Then to top it all off, a couple of months later he answered a late service call (9:30pm) when one of our door chambers broke down. Handled that job excellently. He will always be our locksmith form now on, you would do well to hire this guy.

He showed up when he said he would, did the work exactly as requested ( rekeyed two locks, made keys) worked quickly and went on his way. If you need locks replaced, re-keyed, fixed, whatever, call these guys. Made in Israel too, so you know it's done with quality and passion.

Description of Work: I needed to replace the doorknob on my outer patio door (I had resorted to breaking into my house). So, I called and they came over within 4 hours. Eli was exactly on time and found me once again trying to break in to my patio door. He let me in and did the replacement quickly. It was easy, quick and just what I wanted. And, he even made me extra keys without complaint. ThanksGuardian Angel!
