Great. No problems and very friendly and professional.

The work went very smoothly. Felix was able to finish the installation in a timely manner. Not only that, but I needed a hand with a small project I was working on and Felix spent a few minutes helping me with it... and it wasn't at all lock related. Felix was informative and professional and generous with his time.

I called and they sent someone over within 30 minutes. He's was very friendly and nice. He was able to fix then token lock so that we can get into the house. Then he asked if I would like him to install a new lock. It saved me time and money. I never felt any pressure or upswell. He was awesome and I would highly recommend them.

The service technician advised me that he could replace the parts to the door lock/handle, but advised that I go to Home Depot and purchase and install the lock myself. I did, and he saved me $100! Now that's an honest company. Cheers!

Gili was extremely knowledgeable about my problem. We have vintage locks( Sherel Wagner) that most people don't know how to fix. But he was great and I highly recommend him.

Gillie was very helpful and very friendly. Arrived at designated time and clearly explained my options for re-keying the office. No high pressure sales. Did the job promptly professionally.

Gilli was prompt, courteous, and professional. He re-keyed the door into the garage from the outside and left us with 3 keys. When I asked about replacing the front door lock with something that's not "bumpable", he suggested the "Mul-T-Lock" which is the latest in high-security locks. We had Medeco locks at our previous house; Gilli said that Mul-T-Locks were the new standard for high-security. We decided to go with Mul-T-Lock for the front door. We were able to apply the $79 we had paid for the special on Angie's List toward the price to upgrade to the new lock. Gilli worked quickly and was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. Great job!

I've used Guardian Angel for the second time now. The first time was to repair a broken rear door lock. Today I had another issue with a different real door lock. Gilli came out both times and was great. While here, I had him replace the front deadbolt. They are always on time and do great work. If I even need a locksmith in the future, I'll call on them.

I called them last night, and they scheduled a visit this morning, Gilli came out and did a great job, putting in a temporary door knob on a door that will require expensive handles later--he also solved a problem with the deadbolt which was not aligned. Excellent service, I finally found my locksmith! Thank you

Eli took our call in the morning and came over that afternoon. He arrived promptly and knew exactly what to do. He fixed our lock and also repaired the deadbolt, which a previous locksmith could not do. He was friendly and professional. Cleaned up after himself. Very happy with his service.

Everything went great. From my initial call making the appointment, through the Locksmith punctually showing up right on time at my house as scheduled and getting the problem fixed. Gilli, the Locksmith, is very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem right away, made very good recommendations, then he went ahead and repaired the whole mechanism so everything now works real well. All charges for the work were exactly as stated beforehand. Now I know who to call for all our locksmithing needs!

It went great!. I'm usually nervous about having service people/men come to my home but finding this company through Angie's List helped ease my worries. Gilli the Field Technician/Locksmith was very knowledgeable and professional with a calm demeanor. I liked that he was frank and honest who educated me on locks and security. Unfortunately, he had to park a little farther since I just moved in and didn't have a parking permit but no worries he'll park where he can and will show up to your door with his tools on a skateboard :) I am very happy with the service and it was done in a timely manner. Everything went splendidly. After reading the wonderful reviews about Guardian Angel Locksmith, I phoned to make an appointment. Philip N., the dispatcher, was very courteous and was able to accommodate the specific time window I requested for the following day. I was hoping that Gilli would be the one coming to my home, as others have praised him. I got lucky. It WAS Gilli who showed up. He was very knowledgable. When I told him that my main concern was security, he suggested that I upgrade my deadbolt with one that cannot be picked using a "bump key." I had never heard of bump keys, so Gilli told me to Google it while he was here. I did so, and I learned a lot. Even though I ended up spending nearly three times my budget--i.e. $210 for one lock and four keys (instead of only $79 for two locks and three keys), I believe it was a FAIR PRICE (thus a "C" in the that category). But I didn't feel any "up-selling" pressure from Gilli. It was my own decision to upgrade, and I'm glad I did so. In all other categories I rate this company (and Gilli) with a solid "A." I will use this company again, and I will recommend them to my family and friends.

Gillie the best service man, came on time and he gave me a lot of good information and suggestions. I will be calling him back to change couple of other locks.

No complaints whatsoever. Guy showed up on time, did the job, pleasant to work with, Bob's yer uncle.

He was able to repair the broken cylinder, instead of replacing it. That saved us money in terms of purchasing another cylinder and getting new keys made. Good service.

Recently purchased a home and wanted all locks changed. Called Guardian Angel Locksmith and Gilli came out for the job. Not only was he super informative about various options available (pros/cons) but he was also very polite and lightening fast! Guardian Angel will definitely receive our business for any future locksmith needs and we highly recommend them to anyone that asks!

The folks at Guardian Angel Locksmiths are great. Eli came out on a Sunday on relatively short notice earlier that day and simply did a great job. He re-keyed four locks. He found a couple of unknown problems we had with the doorknob and dead bolt. He showed me how and why there weren't right. He quickly resolved these issues with minimal extra costs. The dead bolt wasn't engaging all the way and wasn't secure. He fixed it quickly and easily. He was very thorough but did all this work in what seemed like a very short period of time. He proved to me that he is an expert craftsman. And he was just the nicest person in the world. Couldn't have been more pleased with the whole experience. I will definitely call upon again should future needs arise, and wholeheartedly recommend Eli and Guardian Angel.

Gilli arrived a little later than scheduled, but he let me know that there would be a 20 minute delay. I had thought I would get a new door latch and lock, but none of the new latches matched up with my 30 year old style. He did a great job repairing the my existing latch. After he left, I noticed that the position of the latch was not quite even with the door. He returned promptly the next morning and straighten it. He was very nice to work with and I would use Guardian Angel services again.

The locksmith rekeyed the locks on our front door, using the Angies List discount. He was quick and upfront about everything. I would happily use Guardian Angel again.

He was late due to some problem with his prior appointment, but his job was quick, accurate, and careful. I will use him (them) if we have any problem with the keys.
