Description of Work: Repaired my stuck door handle lock. Works good as new. Also tightened up some other loose door handles, and did some gears oiling.

Description of Work: We are landlords of a high end townhouse in a remote location that takes a lot of travel time. Our tenants just moved out so we bought the coupon to rekey two locks for $79 including three keys. But it turned out we needed four locks rekeyed as I forgot about the interior garage door having a lock and deadbolt. In addition the dead bolt on the front door, which was installed in 1978, was not working, so a new one was installed. Phillip, the contact, was very helpful and efficient. In the end, he rekeyed all four locks for the $79 coupon including two Baldwin keys, which are normally extra, and billed extra only for the deadbolt, which was $95. I was very pleased at how he worked with us to arrive at a price that was more than fair.

I had a problem with locking my garage door but did not mention it to him. In testing his work, he discovered this problem. He showed me the cause of the problem and fixed it for a fair price. The door now locks and unlocks beautifully. He did a GREAT job!

Description of Work: I needed to have a deadbolt lock installed on my aunt's house the same day. I was able to arrange for Guardian Angel to come to the house the same afternoon and install the new lock. Gidde (not sure of his exact name, as the work was done over a month ago) was so great - he showed me all the options, explained how the work would be done, and put in the lock quickly and the craftsmanship was perfect. I chose the high end deadbolt with keys that can't be copied without a pin number. He also provided the additional keys I needed on the spot. I plan on using Guardian Angel for all of my locksmith needs in the future.

Description of Work: I needed to have Medeco deadbolts replaced on two exterior doors, one regular exterior door lock replaced, and an interior door lock replaced as well as have an interior pass through handle installed. I'm sorry that I don't recall the technician's name at this time, but he was not only professional but kind. He took time to also take a look at sliding door locks that were giving me problems and even helped me re-program a garage door opener at no extra charge. I definitely will use them again.

Description of Work: My contractor accidentally locked a handle lock to which I did not have a key. Called Guardian Angel on Angie's List recommendations. They were there within half an hour ON A SATURDAY, opened the door and replaced a deadbolt on another door that had disintegrated with age. Total time, just under an hour from first call to job complete. Great work, reasonable price, and lightning fast response. Will definitely use them to rekeying the house when we get to that point on the project.
