Description of Work: I needed to rekey my high security medeco lock. I called around and most people don't do it. The other ones who did were more expensive. Gurdian Angel were very responsive on the phone. Richard came and rekeyed my locks in the most professional manner. Very knowledgeable. I also needed a couple of regular locks rekeyed.

Description of Work: My front door latch was sticking, so Gilli replaced it. Then he installed a new bolt that cannot be "bumped" and cut me two extra keys (besides the two that come with it.) I feel a good deal more secure now.

My call to Guaridian Angel Lock & Key was answered promptly, all charges were explained and we made an immediate appointment. Eli was professional, competent and solved my problems in the most cost effective way. He arrived within the time frame he set and assessed what I needed, giving me several options and seemed genuinely glad to help me. It was a pleasure to do business with him.
Description of Work: He opened two file cabinets that were locked and removed the locks. He had to take out a very heavy file drawer and put it back in, not an easy job but he was persistent. He also helped open a stuck bedroom door handle.

+ -1 moreEli came in and looked at the work, and started right away. He changed three deadbolt locks and re-keyed them all to the same key and even asked how many keys I wanted. He even noticed that one of the regular locks was missing a strike plate and provided that free of charge and even puttied the lock area without charge. I would use him again and recommend him without reservation for anyone needing a locksmith. Quick, professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced!
Description of Work: I called Eli at Guardian at 3:40pm and he was here within an hour to change my three deadbolt locks. The quote he gave over the phone was exactly what was charged. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

+ -1 moreGreat - he came by the house and did everything out of his van. He originally quoted $160 if the keys had to be made from a lock, however after attempting multiple times and destroying copies he had to increase the cost to $185.
Description of Work: Eyal created two new keys for my Saturn. We originally called to have the ignition switch checked out as we thought it was malfunctioning and the car is no longer under warranty. Within minutes he assessed the keys & ignition and found that it was actually wear on the keys that was causing the car to be hard to switch on. He had to create new keys for the car using the lock of the trunk as he was unable to make replacements using the keys alone (they were too ground down from years of use).
