My technician was Eli. Everything about this service today was excellent. Locked out by a dysfunctional handle lock for the second time in two days... Eli came within the time frame they said they would (half an hour), and took care of everything. Very professional, very personable and trustworthy, which is important in these situations. I hope I don't need to call them again, but if I do, I'd call Guardian Angel first!

Fast, Friendly, Great Price. I just moved into my new house and wanted all the locks re-keyed but was missing 1 key. Guardian Angel had the lowest prices of the 3 people I called for quotes. they sent someone over within the hour and the guy was here for less than 20 minutes.

The only issue was the two hour arrival window. I took that to be a two hour window for arrival and maybe a bit over for the work. But it was just plain arrival. So we had to set another time for the next day since I was only available for 2.5 hours at that point and he arrived at the very end of the two hour window. Once we were scheduling in the same way, everything went well.

Very well, first David showed up within 30 mins after a call. He suggested a better quality laser key type deadbolt that can't be easily picked. Noticed that on 1 of the latch doesn't properly work. Eli returned the following day to fix at no charge and also lubricated the mechanism for smoother operation. Definitely recommend them

My niece accidentally pushed in the center ( key operated ) lock to a 2 lock personal safe. My key was in the safe and unfortunately, my sister lost her key. Eli arrived at the house on time, as scheduled. Additionally, the small but heavy safe was in a location I could not access due to movement restrictions from a recent surgery.Initially, I thought the price was a bit much. However Eli moved the safe to a location in which I could operate it. It's a heavy safe. All in all, he performed above and beyond in my opinion. He was professional, personable and polite. I will recommend this locksmith to friends and will contact them with any future locksmith needs.

My contractor's employee lost my house key. Called Eli at Guardian and he made it to my house within an hour. Two hours later all work was completed. Eli's a super nice guy, works fast and knows what he's doing. I don't know what price was as my contractor paid the bill.

Eli is amazing... not only could he provide same day service, he was prompt (even early, which was welcome!), professional and incredibly helpful. Not only is he an incredible locksmith, Eli is a delight to work with and I would not hesitate to call him again for any needs.

Very pleasent young man. Reasonable price for the work I had done. He was punctual and worked efficiently. I will keep his card and only use him should I need a locksmith again. He is also a dog lover and very sweet to the doggies as he worked.

Combination bolt on garden gate stopped working. I ordered the replacement but wasn't able to remover the security screws with the tools I own. I picked Guardian Angel because of their great reviews and ended up being very happy with their work. Eli arrived on time and within a few minutes he had the new lock installed and he was on his way. I'd spent almost an hour struggling with the security screw earlier in the day so I was glad to see it go so smoothly.

Called Eli on the morning of July 2nd. He promptly told me what the price would be, and that he could be at the property within 2 hours. He arrived right on time, acted professionally and friendly. He charged what he said he would and I would definitely recommend him.

Guardian Angel arrived exactly on time and he did the work quietly and quickly. He even had a suggestion that would save me money if I needed the locks changed again but that didn't cost me any extra at the time!

I found them through the List, and there were discounts connected to them. I used them and was satisfied. They are well-established.

The large van (with the shop inside!) arrived, changed out the locks and made 10 keys reasonably quickly.

It went wonderfully! Could not have gone better. I called Eli and explained what I needed, and he was able to schedule me in for the time that worked with my busy schedule. He showed up on time - actually called ahead to let me know he'd be here in 15 minutes - and was absolutely great - knowledgeable, very personable, competent, efficient, explained things well, and did a perfect job! His price was competitive, and he sold me only what I needed - did not try to persuade me to spend any more money than was necessary. I will definitely use Eli again when the need arises. Eli came the same day as called & replaced the deadbolt & knob. It was very old style & required caulking. He fixed the sticking door & gave me extra keys too. He was professional, friendly, and he cleaned up his mess completely! The door works better than it ever did, & I would definitely recommend him.

I called Guardian after 5pm, and Eli was at my house by 7PM. A great response time! He was professional, courteous and efficient, and a pleasure to have in my home.

Eyal arrived close to the beginning of the window of time he had given me. I showed him everything I wanted done. He gave me a very reasonable quote. The work was completed efficiently in a reasonable amount of time. Eyal was courteous and helpful. I would definitely call him again, and refer him to a friend.
