Guardian Angel Locksmith

My door has been a problem for years. Handymen have made numerous adjustments, but it always gets out of line again. A few weeks ago, I almost couldn't get into my own house. I had never called a locksmith before, and decided to give that a try. I saw Guardian Angel locksmith on Angie's List with not only good reviews, but very recent good reviews, so I gave them a call. Eli was very pleasant and professional on the phone, and we made an appt. He replaced the lock itself, and made some other adjustments that hadn't been tried before, and I no longer have to worry if I can get into my house!

We wanted to upgrade the locks on our home. I called Guardian Angel and spoke to Eli. He walked me through some different options and we set up a date for installation. This was a sharp contrast to another locksmith I called who acted like he was doing me a favor. Eli showed up at the time he said he would, even calling to let me know he was on the way. Translation: I wasn't trapped in the "I'll be there between 8-12" window. He walked me through what he'd be doing (installing Multi-Locks on all three doors) and quickly got to work. He listened to what we wanted and made some great suggestions. Very pleasant guy to talk with and very well-informed. A couple of hours later, he was done. The result: perfectly installed locks, new keys, no mess and feeling a little safer. I am extremely picky when it comes to contractors. That said, I would definitely use Eli again. PS.The "B" on price could be because those locks are pricey. I didn't really price shop so I'm not sure.

We had a break in to our house during the day. We called Guardian Angel Locksmith. Time response was right on. He was very friendly and efficient. David advised us to change the locks to a high security lock called MUL-T-LOCK which made lots of sense. We are very pleased with the new locks and more than that we now feel much more secure thanks to GUARDIAN ANGEL LOCKSMITH. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family. Hopefully we won't need them again anytime soon but, it's reassuring to have a locksmith to count on. .

The service we received from Guardian angel locksmith was fantastic. Eli is a master at his craft and we gave him no easy task. The locks and deadbolts he needed to change were more than 30 years old. He spent most of the day changing out double sided deadbolts, door knobs, and installing two additional single deadbolts. He also had to re-key the deadbolts and door knobs to work with two keys. What delayed him the most was having to get additional parts to work with the old doors (1957). Eli is extremely professional and courteous. He knows his job and how to treat his customers. The next time we need a locksmith, we will definitely call Eli at Guardian Angel Locksmith. He was fantastic!

I was pleased with his work and next time I need a lock smith I will call him again.

Eli is smart, competent, fair, and a pleasure to work with. He fixed three things for us--our car ignition lock, a car door lock, and a sticky house lock. All three jobs were done extremely well and cleanly. Eli was on time and gave helpful advice. Honda would have charged us hundreds more to fix the car locks, and it would have been much more of a hassle for us to bring the car there. I will use Guardian Angel again if I need a locksmith. Repairs are never fun, but this was a great experience.

Excellent service. Eli was punctual, professional yet very personable. He repaired two locks efficiently and then replaced a third for us and readjusted the door. I was surprised how little time it took, but I am very pleased with the results. Obviously he knows what he is doing. I most highly recommend his service and definitely would use him again.

Eli gave me a window of time between 3 and 4 and he was here exactly at 3. He cut and programmed the transponder key in no time. But we encountered a hiccup with programming the remote. The remote was not responding as it should. instead of just giving up and saying it wouldn't work, he kept working on it for a full hour. At the end, he felt confident enough to let me know he was using google to try to find the answer on some Mazda forums and eventually we got the remote to work. He also gave me a discount for being an Angie's List member. Great guy to work with!

Accidently locked my bathroom door from the inside - did not know the trick to get it open from the outside so dismantled the handle and it still would not open. Called Guardian Angels based on Angie's list and he came out right away. Arrived almost exactly when he said he would and opened the door immediately. He taught me how to open it should that happen again, and he had me practice to be sure i knew how to engage the bolt. He put the handle back on the door. He was very professional and quick. Excellent service.

Eli was prompt - which is a huge plus in my book. He phoned me en route in advance to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived, we spoke about what needed to be done, and what my options were for it. I decided what I wanted, and he proceeded to do the work and once completed, everything was done perfectly. Both locks he replaced are great! He's worth anyone's time to hire. Fair, prompt and does great work. I will use him again to be sure, and even will recommend him to our HOA as a referral to other residents.

I called Eli to make an apointment for him to come and clear a lock that had a broken key in it. He was available on the same day and was very professional and capable. The only mistake was I did not ask for an estimate and when the job was complete and I received the bill I was pretty shocked by the cost. He had given me the cost for the key copying but I did not expect the cost of the broken key removal to be so high (especially sice I also had the 20% coupon from Angie's list)

They are very good and prompt. I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.

Eli helped me on the phone- so professional and kind. Gave me an estimate and it was spot on. After he arrived on time (same day) he gave me advice on how to best secure my front door and we went ahead and rekeyed as planned. He was very efficient and took no more than 15 minutes. Once I am ready to spend a little more, I will upgrade using Guardian Angel. Love the company name and they lived up to it.

I needed an professional and reliable locksmith to help me with an eviction. I've never dealt with this kind of a situation before and was quite apprehensive. I called around 5 or 6pm the day before and to my surprise, the owner himself, (Eli), answered. He was completely professional and assured me that the job would be taken care of. The tech, David, was great! He was punctual, patient, professional and actually gave me some insight into the process. I was glad he was there.

After having an intruder in my garage last night, the police told me to have a new lock and dead bolt put on the side door to my garage. I called Eli and he was able to make it the same day! He showed up within the time he said he would. Performed the work quickly and even took off some money because I hadn't realized how much all the work would cost. He was very professional and I would recommend him again and will call him when I need more work done.

The technician (Eli) arrived very close to the time the dispatcher suggested he would be there. It turned out that the spring for the latch bolt had broken. Eli removed the assembly and took it to his truck, where he had a rather complete work area installed in the back. He was able to repair the mechanism but took a photo of it to find a new one. He said that if I had any more trouble with to call them and they would replace it. I was very impressed with Eli and his apparent knowledge. I will definitely use Guardian Angels again.

All went very well; rekeying and possibly hassling with a stranger to get what I wanted was something I was dreading; instead having Eli in the house was a joy. He got what I needed instantly and charged exactly what he said he would. My locks work well with the new keys; I know how to care for them now; I feel my home is safe once more. What more could one ask? This guy is a a real find. He is competent, honest, professional, respectful, prompt and a generally happy person who will be your guardian angel...he was mine.
