Eli was incredibly friendly, prompt and professional. He worked efficiently and conscientiously and had the problem fixed in a short time. He was incredibly patient with our 3 year old who insisted on helping him "fix" the door and even got a hug from our son after the job was completed. He is now the official locksmith for our home.

I found Guardian Angel and they came the next day. They were excellent. Super professional, quick and awesome to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great locksmith.

Eli contacted us to confirm the appointment and arrived on time and was able to complete the work within 30 minutes. The price we had was less than what I thought we would have to pay for this type of service. I will not hesitate in contacting Eli again for the same service after we complete our home re-modeling.

Call Eli Sunday afternoon and scheduled for him to come Monday when I got home from work. He called Monday because he was in the area earlier and wondered if I was available. I just got home and he was there within 5 minutes. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. Took no time at all and he even noticed a missing screw and had a spare in his van. Everything was fixed, very professional, I'm happy.

It was a very good job. Our front door wouldn't open and he came as soon as we called.

I was getting ready to go out of town, and my key would not lock my front door. Eli came out the same day I called, even though it was 111 degrees outside! He fixed everything with a smile on his face and even remembered our conversation from the last time he was here. He charged me the Angie's list discounted service call and did not charge for the labor. Now I can leave town with a peaceful mind. He is simply the best. Of course I will call him again.

They came out on a Sunday, but their fees were reasonable. Their service was superior. The owner himself answered the phone when we called to schedule an appointment. He came out promptly and was very friendly.

I called ELI at Guardian Angel and gave him the name of the Lateral cabinet and also the numbers on the existing lock. He said he would try to look up the correct Keys for it and call me back later. He did call back in about 2 hours and said he could not locate the Key info, and would have to come to the house and make the keys here. he would call when he was in the location, which he did and came over promptly with his helper. It took Eli about 30-45 minutes to make a key that finally locked and unlocked, with some elbow grease.. but job was completed and I had 2 new Keys for the cabinet.I would SUGGEST that anyone that would call ELI at Guardian Angel make sure they get the final price confirmed upfront, to include the ANGIE'S LIST Coupon, which in this case I don't feel ELI honored completely. ELI does know his craft and completed the job well enough. I would use him again, no problem.

Eli was great. First off I had to change my appointment on him kind of last minute from Thursday to Friday and he was accommodating.When he came, he was on time, very nice, very knowledgeable and did everything I needed fairly quick. Since I didn't really shop prices on what he did for me before ordering the work I'm not sure if the price was high or low, but it seemed fair to me. I'm very pleased with the work he did and would recommend his services and definitely hire him again.

I'm very happy with Guardian Angel locksmith. I wish I'd found them before I had my whole house rekeyed last year. I would never use that other locksmith from last year again, but I would call Guardian Angel again in a heartbeat! They were on time, very professional, got the job done, went the extra mile to make sure my door handle was truly fixed as well as could be, and were incredibly reasonable in price!! I have no hesitation in recommending them!

I called a couple of locksmiths recommended in the area, who were unhelpful and/or unavailable. When I called Guardian Angel, Eli was polite, responsive, and willing to come on short notice. He even offered to work me in later that same evening. I chose instead an appointment the next morning, Eli called ahead of time and offered to come a little earlier than our appointment, which was great for me. When he arrived he was helpful, professional, respectful, honest, etc. I could go on and on, but suffice to say Eli did a fantastic job! He was quick, communicative, and actually charged me less than my original estimate. He also pointed out an issue with the bathroom knobs and addressed the problem immediately. My entire experience with Guardian Angel was wonderful and I would highly recommend!! BTW there was an Angie's List coupon running at the time, which made the whole job even less expensive!!

Had a fantastic experience w/ Guardian Angel Locksmith. Eli was friendly and professional -- in addition to rekeying 6 locks in our new home, he also noticed that one of the deadbolts had been installed improperly and fixed it for free. Will definitely recommend him to our friends and use again in the future.

The job was done well and I am very satisfied.

Called in the morning to set up an appt. Was told that they would be there between 12 and 2, and would call on the way to my home. At 2:15 when no one showed up, I called and was told they had made a terrible mistake and could they make it up to me. They would be out within the hour. I said that would be allright. He came promptly, fixed what had to be done and handed me my bill. When I went to write him a check, I noticed it said FREE. I asked him about this and again he was most apologetic.Very professional, would use him again, as well as recommend him.

The technician was very professional, with a pleasant attitude and he was very neatly dressed. He arrived at the scheduled time, and the cost was reasonable. We were very pleased with the service and highly recommend this company.

After he completed the installations of the locks, he walked me through each of them and showed me how they worked, as well as use of the keys. He filled out a receipt that clearly detailed his work, I paid, and he was on his way.
