Guardian Angel Locksmith

Gilli arrived later than originally expected but we had been called and had okayed the new time. He checked the existing door knob and let us know it was broken. He replaced the knob set and re-keyed it to our existing keys. Turned out our existing keys were an old kind and wouldn't work with the new knob, so Gilli made 6 new keys that matched the basic pattern of our old keys so they would work in the new lock as well as all of our other locks. And he did all this very quickly and professionally. We are very happy with how everything turned out.

They did a terrific job! They showed up exactly on time, and even called shortly before hand to tell us they were on the way. They did a very thorough job, fixing all of the problems for a very reasonable price. They even repaired an outdoor gate that wasn't closing properly even though we hadn't asked them to fix it. Overall experience was fantastic, and we will certainly use them again whenever we need locksmiths.

I have only positive things to say. They answered the phone first time and right away I was talking with a locksmith who knew exactly what kind of job I had in mind. He said he could do it no problem, and we scheduled a time for a few days later. He showed up smack in the middle of the one-hour window he gave me, at 8:30 a.m. I believe the tech's name was Ely. He was very polite and friendly and was happy and able to explain what he was doing and what options we could explore. He offered a key shaped like a rose (or a diamond) for my wife, no extra charge. That was a nice touch. He finished his work probably in about an hour. I did not shop for price so I don't know whether I got a great deal or not. I do know that the locks are all working better than before and I have a locksmith I feel I can count on.

Safe specialist, arrived at scheduled time and was very professional and experienced. He changed the combination on the safe and made sure that I knew how to to work it. Said I could call at any time if I had a problem. Also showed him other work that needed to be done. He said he could not work on the doors and he called the office. The owner agreed to come over to do the additional work. Ely came out the same day and made the door lock repairs mentioned above and did not charge for an additional service call. Both men knew exactly what to do, worked very quickly. and cleaned up thoroughly when he finished. What more could you ask for?

Guardian was punctual and professional in their services. They got the job done in good time.

The service was AMAZING! A couple of months ago they were out to fix the lock, but with all the rain it was getting stuck again. My key actually broke inside the lock when I tried to force it. I called Guardian to see if they could come out in the next week and they were here 1 hour later. They completed the job quickly and efficiently. When I asked for an invoice they said there was no charge because they guarantee their work. They showed me how to fix the lock in the future to avoid it from sticking again. I am very impressed and would use Guardian again in a heartbeat!

I locked myself out of my house... again! The first time, being freaked out, I looked up a local locksmith - 24 hour service in Glendale - expecting them to be at my doorstep more quickly than anyone can. They showed up about an hour after the phone call and charged me - hold your breath - a whopping $204!! This time around, I had the presence of mind to look up the Angie's list and found the Guardian Angel. I was a bit concerned that they were located in Sherman Oaks that it might take longer to get to my home, but as promised, the guy showed up after 35 minutes (that's about how long it would have taken to drive from Sherman Oaks to Glendale) after I spoke with the woman over the phone. He was friendly, efficient, and quick. Did his job and charged me $75. I couldn't use the 10% discount because it was not by an appointment but an emergency service, but the price was reasonable enough that I was totally satisfied. I am going to use them again for my lock system needs.

Our front door lock had completely fallen apart so I called Guardian Angel Locksmith after seeing all the good reviews. Eli and Sam were able to come out the following morning (they may have even been able to come earlier, but we were just getting back from vacation). They were both extremely friendly and courteous and expressed confidence that the repair would be an easy one. Within 15 minutes, the lock had been cleaned and repaired and was working like a charm! I had thought we'd need to replace the lock, so it was a lovely surprise to see that it could be repaired. I was thoroughly impressed with Eli's knowledge and skill and would definitely use Guardian Angel Locksmith again.

I needed to re-key 3 locks at my townhouse. Appointment was taken very well, and was able to fit into my schedule. They gave me a two hour time frame, and at the beginning of the time frame I called the office and the receptionist called the technician (Eli) to get me a better estimate of his arrival. Eli arrived and was very friendly and helpful. Even showed me the inner workings of how a lock works which was interesting. His equipment and truck were all very clean and seemed brand new. He performed the services really quickly and charged a price that blew me away. Unfortunately my need for a locksmith is very rare, but if I ever need one again I will call Guardian Angel Locksmith.

Eli answered our call right away, arrived at our residence exactly when he said he would, and provided great service. He was fast, friendly, and professional. We would definitely recommend Guardian Angel to others.

I needed help with a doorknob that had completely fallen apart ? I called Wednesday morning and Eli thought he could make it by noon. He called as he said 30 minutes before he was here. He was right on time and helped me out with the doorknob. It required quite a bit of expertise, and he even gave me a lower priced but just as good part. He also helped with my front door, realigning the deadbolt and the main doorknob. He had to drill for the deadbolt and replace the plate for the knob. It works perfectly now! I mentioned two doors that needed help in the house, and he also helped with another one before he left, tightening the bedroom doorknob. Really outstanding quality and expert service, I would highly recommend using them!

Eli loves his work and you have to love him. I needed a good locksmith and used Angies List to find Guardian Angel which had about 98% A's on previous reviews which is phenomenal. I wasn't disappointed. Almost half the cost ($300.00) was the need to get a new lock shipped from the manufacturer so if the original locking mechanism was of better quality, the cost would have been much less. But in the end, both French door locks work very well with Eli doing what needed to be done to make the second French door better functioning. He gave great advice as to which locks to put on which keys and was very efficient. Eli is now my go to guy for all my locksmith needs.

Eli came out and quickly changed all the locks on my condo. He installed MUL-T-LOCKs neatly and professionally! He asked great questions to gauge my needs and then provided thoughtful advice to enhance the security of my condo. After he was done, he cleaned the area around each of his work sites. I had a very positive experience and I will definitely use Guardian Angel Locksmiths again. I highly recommend this service!

Eli did a great job. He was prompt, polite and worked fast. He rekeyed all the locks, removed a broken key from a lock, replaced some of the locks since I didn't have keys for them and fixed my door handle that was loose. He also fixed the emergency garage door lock - and showed me how to operate it in case of a power outage. Scheduling was great - he was able to come at a time convenient for me and he showed up on time. He was really good with my dog as well (who is very excited and barky). The work took about 2 hours. Highly recommend Eli!

Great service. They were able to come out the same day we called. We were able to replace all of our locks. Quick and easy. The locks have worked well, no sticking.

I have more bids for locks than anything else and there were a lot of flaky people, said they were coming and didn't come or said they were coming and came and said they will get me a quote and then didn't give a quote, or get me a quote for 5 or 6 days later and I thought that they weren't interested or something. I did a lot of research and I decided I would stick to locksmith who had a really hard sampling of very strong endorsements; and that locksmith did. He was terrific. His quote was absolutely consistent with his quote. There were no surprise. He was very competitive in his pricing. He was supposed to get here at 9 and he didn't get until 12:30 but he was waiting for some locks to come in from Fed-Ex, so he kept calling me and saying what's his state. He kept me really well informed and got the job done in the time frame but I appreciate exactly. He was really communicative. Takes a lot of pride in his work and did a good job.

Eli arrived at the house within the appointed hour and completed the job in exactly one hour. The key now fits the locks of all 3 doors . Eli is a delightful man and will be my go-to locksmith from now on

When I have called I've either gotten him on the phone directly or received a prompt call back. He has arrived at the house promptly, usually within a couple of hours. Eli is a nice guy and pleasant to work with. My dog, who I think is a pretty good judge of character and does not like everybody, was relaxed with Eli right away. Eli works quickly and cleans up. When he drilled for the new deadbolt there was no dust when he was done. Eli is professional, quick, clean and reasonbly priced. I will continue to use Guardian Angel Locksmith.

My key broke off in front door lock on Sunday morning. I called Guardian Angel and Eli was at my home in less than two hours. He quickly did the repair. This is the second time I've used Guardian Angel and would use no other locksmith. Eli is both really good at his job and also a really nice guy.

The whole experience was very smooth, although the price seemed high, when it was broken down in to the amount of work involved it was very good value. Eli paid real care and attention to our needs and gave great advice on the best security measures, he was also honest about the price and gave us the option to go for cheaper options if we wanted. I would not look anywhere else for locksmith services.
