Service was on time. He called before coming to confirm. The locks were improved and added very quickly. He offered good suggestions for security and choices of types of locks. Clean up was complete and quick. I was satisfied and would recommend Alan to anyone who asks about his service.

We just purchased a new home in Sherman Oaks and called Guardian to change the existing locks and install dead bolts. Gilli was so helpful in explaining the difference between high, medium and low security locks, helping us make the most cost effective decision. He arrived exactly on time and quickly completed the work. Overall, this was an extremely easy experience. I would recommend Guardian (and specifically Gilli) to anyone in the area in need of locksmith services. The best part is the following day, the alarm company came out to provide an estimate. The first thing the consultant said was "Those are excellent locks..."

Exceedingly excellent. They were able to provide service within an hour and a half of my phone call. Gilli was great. Called to let me know approximate time of arrival and arrived promptly. Lock was difficult but got it changed and then made 2 specialty keys.

Couldn't repair old Baldwin lock; suggested I contact Baldwin. One lock didn't work well when he finished, but has since become useful.

This is the 2nd time I used Guardian Angel Locksmith. Both times I was lucky enough to have Gilli come. He was fast and professional- explained and showed me the exact problem, and had the supplies needed to do the job right away. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I sent an email over the weekend when our gate lock broke and got a call back early this morning and the service was provided today! I LOVE THAT! Often I send an email and it goes into a mailbox that never gets checked! Not with Guardian. They are very service aware and that is hugely appreciated!
