Gilli, the locksmith from Guardian Angel, was fantastic. He was punctual and called me 15 minutes prior to arriving. He explained the service breakdown to me, step by step, and performed those services quickly. One of the locks was very stubborn, but he managed to deal with it with ease, which saved us a lot of money. He was also friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely call this same company again based on his performance.

I actually spoke with a person when I called Guardian--a very nice, helpful lady, not an answering machine. I told her what I needed, and Eli called me back right away. He was on time when he arrived the next day as requested. He fixed the lock on the front door. It looks great and works perfectly! He then rekeyed the other locks after discussing the options available to us. Eli was very courteous, friendly, professional, and efficient. As an added benefit, I was able to use an Angie's List coupon, which saved a nice amount of money. I would definitely recommend Guardian to others and will use their services again if I find myself in need of a locksmith!

We needed to get some locks re-keyed. I called in the morning and made an appointment. Gill showed in the afternoon on time. We walked through the house and explained to him what I needed done. He did the work very quickly and efficiently. I will use them again.

Gilli was our locksmith and he was fantastic! He came allllll the way out to Santa Clarita to get new locks on our new house the day we moved in. We used an Angie's list Deal for the High-Security locks, and he was excellent at explaining the features of the locks. He also re-keyed the back doors and drilled new holes in the garage deadbolt. First of all, the cost of the service above is NOT a typo! Eli was amazing. We had known to call Guardian Angel because when we first moved in to this house, it was Eli who changed the locks for us. He came over to see the safe and tried every key he had in his bag. Nothing worked. So he contacted the manufacturer of the safe to order a new key. It turned out it was a bit more complicated because of security when it involves safes. So instead of charging us for his service, he told me to just call the company, pay $12 and get a new key! I cannot say how surprised I was and I hope this review will be payment enough for such extraordinary service. Thank you Eli!

I called Guardian Angel very late in the afternoon, and was able to schedule a locksmith dispatch within just a couple hours. Gilli arrived promptly and worked quickly and professionally to re-key all the locks on my new house. I received a follow-up call the next day to verify that services were performed satisfactorily and confirmation that payment went through. Very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend to friends and use Guardian Angel again if the need arises.

Awesome work! From the moment I called them to the night they came to do the work this team was EXTREMELY helpful. I recently moved into a new home and found out through neighbors and others that the prior owners had given keys to contractors, maids, painters, relators, and other people. They also had some door locks configured that were not only annoying but also quite dangerous (required keys to exit). I called Guardian Angel and spoke to a very polite and professional woman who quickly scheduled some time for someone to come help me. On the day they were to come the gentleman arrived on time and worked quickly to change all the locks to my home. While there he also shared with me some ideas that would help ensure my home was more secure. I will call them for any locksmith or security concerns I have in the future. Thanks!

He was great. Very careful not to let the pets out. He listened to me so he was sure he understood exactly what needed doing. I would definitely use him again, and his office is so close to the house.

From start to finish, our experience was great. Arranging an appointment was a breeze. The receptionist was very knowledgable and able to give us a full service appointment on short notice (and we were thrilled they were willing to come out on a Sunday). Eli arrived within the time-frame provided and the service could not have been better. He was very knowledgable and got everything done quickly and accurately. Though our needs were relatively straightforward, it was clear that he knows what he's doing. We will be calling back when it's time to install locks on our new pool gate!

Eli arrived on the dot of 5:30 when we'd been told a technician would arrive between 5:30 & 6:30. He was very friendly and knowledgable and took care not to allow our 2 cats to get out while he was working with the doors. He worked quickly and then took the time to demonstrate the locks before he left. This was an excellent experience and we're very happy with the work.

He did a fantastic job. After we spoke and I told him what I would like to do, he got to work immediately in his van. Had all of our locks (8 total) re-keyed and we got 5 spare keys. He offered to straighten a lock, which I declined. I would highly recommend Guardian Angel Locksmith.

Was a great experience!!! Gilli is the best, super fast, did a great job. He even waited for me for 15min to get to the house. I would defiantly use them again.

He charged a lot. He came all the way from Sherman Oaks which was over 30 miles away so he was partly charging me for driving all the way out. He worked less than an hour. He didn't even have to give me a new key or anything because I just wanted him to conform the locks with some other locks. The charge was excessive. His name was Gilli but he was not the owner of the company. He had this long stringy hair dangling down his back which didn't give me a good feeling. I'm sure he was fine but I was not terribly pleased. He charged a lot for the little bit that he did. He was nice enough. He wanted $35 to get me a key to a bedroom door and I said to forget that. I wouldn't have called him had I known he was coming all the way from Sherman Oaks. I wasn't thrilled with him. He was courteous and pleasant enough. The keys do work. He was on time. He didn't look very professional.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were good. I contacted them and they came out a couple of days later. The person they sent came on time and was very personable and helpful. There was actually something that he couldn’t do because it just couldn’t be fixed and he explained to me what my options were and things like that which I appreciated. He did everything that he was supposed to do. I appreciated the time that he spent explaining to me what I did and he was really conscious because I haven’t always had that experience. He was really conscientious about telling me that this is what I paid for but he didn’t want me wasting money so he’ll make it more worthwhile for me. He did the same amount of work rather than saying he can’t do anything because the lock is messed up and needs to be replaced. The price was really reasonable.
