Guardian Angel Locksmith

I called Guardian Angel locksmith and they arrived within the hour. Gilli was the locksmith and he was great. He was very nice, professional and fast. He went through the house with me and went over everything that he was going to do. There was even a lock that I forgot to mention that needed to be rekeyed, but he still stuck to the quoted price. He was careful with our doors and made sure we kept all the old locks just in case we ever wanted to use them. I highly recommend.

Gilli arrived on time, had new pins for the 2 locks, replaced both quickly, tested the pins and made sure the door was secure. He was professional and very thorough. I'd call this company again in a heartbeat!

Gilly was excellent, trying a number of ways to unstick the door jam including air, drilling, prying etc. He also replaced a lock, quickly and efficiently. Advised me on a more secure lock, but said that economically it was not necessary. He was polite ,fast and responsive.

Gilli was great. He got here on time and he diagnosed the problem immediately. He only had to increase the size of the insert where the lock goes because our doors had gotten out of alignment. The entire job took about 15 minutes and he remastered our keys. We were very pleased with the job and will definitely use this company again.

I bought a coupon for their service. They were able to fit me in same day. Gilli did a fantastic job.

They did a very good job; the technician demonstrated what I think the average person wants, he did the job as if it was his. Most of us have our little nuance and want things done perfectly or at least as perfect as possible. In addition they were very accommodating and not only set-up a "no charge" visit to give me a quote but then they took care of the project at the same time. I was able to call around 11 am and by 2 pm the lock was installed and working good. This also after my former contractor had screwed up the install to where I simply chose to leave this as an unfinished item for couple of months afraid that whoever I got to install the lock would also mess it up and set me back again.

I purchased an Angie's list deal which offered 2 locks re-keyed plus 3 duplicate keys for $79 and then I gave Guardian Angel a call. I was able to schedule service for the next day. The technician, Gilli called in advance and arrived a few minutes early. He was professional, friendly, and he got to work quickly. I needed an additional 3 locks re-keyed and 2 additional keys. Gilli took care of all of the work in about 15 minutes. The difference between the Angie's list deal was an additional $79. The deal saved me $16 total after everything was accounted for. I am super happy with the service and would use them again!

It was a great experience. They came right on time, and worked quickly and efficiently. There were a lot of locks (and some tricky old locks) to change and he was finished in no time! Gilli was extremely professional, and knowledgable about locks, and I feel secure knowing he changed all the locks properly. I would recommend him and Guardian Angel Locksmith to anyone. This was by far the best customer service experience! The receptionist that took my call was extremely helpful and Gilli, the locksmith they assigned, arrived on schedule. I appreciated the call prior to his arrival. He was respectful of our property, courteous, and informative. He replaced two one-sided deadbolts with double-sided locks, added a new deadbolt to the front door, replaced the back door deadbolt, installed a lock/doorknob, and re-keyed seven locks. The price includes an Angie's List discount and two high security locks.

I really appreciated talking to a live person the three times I called - it was so nice not to have to leave a message and pray for someone to call me back. I was able to get a same day appointment and they arrived within the time frame given. Since they didn't have hardware that would match my existing ones Gilly was able to show me some catalogs and find me something that was available for pickup within a day. I was able to call back to set up a time for the installation. The company communicated well when there was a possibility they were running late. Gilly came and performed the job quickly and professionally. Overall very pleased with the job, didn't have time to comparison shop so not sure about price. It was worth having good service and I was on some time constraints. The job was done when I needed it so I'm happy.

Eli had a very personable and professional manner and kept me well informed of when he expected to arrive. I was expecting to have to replace a malfunctioning deadbolt on our front door which I figured would be somewhat expensive, but I was quite relieved when he quickly noticed that only a very simple repair was required. The whole transaction took less than 15 minutes. I would call on him again.

Very, very well! I'm extremely happy with the work provided and the professionalism of the company. Eli was wonderful and thorough, and cares about his work. He arrived early within the window of time that was given to me, which is unusual ; usually when you are told "between x and y", the workers arrive closer to y than x. However, he arrived very shortly after the beginning of the window of time. He understood the issue and repaired it quickly. Would highly recommend.

Gilli, the technician, came out promptly. He gave me a discount because of having found their company on Angie's List, of 10%, which I appreciated especially during the holiday season. I'd had some theft and wanted my front door locks re-keyed, as I did not initially want to change the appearance of my locks to the outside, since I might know who the perpetrator was. (They'd be shocked to find out they can't get in the "normal" way). As I mentioned, Gilli gave me a discount. He was quick, polite, efficient, considerate. I even hung on to tell him a bit of my story of theft and he listened with care. He then offered that the company has surveillance cameras, starting at $1,000.00, which was good to know. I cannot afford that presently, but perhaps in the future. In all, quick response, reasonable price, polite service. "A" rating!
