Guardian Angel Locksmith

I had a couple of doors that had shifted over time and the locks were very difficult to close. I also had doors with locks that were loose and needed to be tightened. Guardian Angel Locksmith showed up within the promised time window, worked efficiently and cleanly, was very knowledgable about my locks and how to address the problems with the locks. Best of all, the tech did not try to sell me new locks when I did not need them. I now have doors that open, close and lock easily. I would definetely use Guardian Angel Locksmith again.

Scheduling an appointment was easy. Gilli called about 20 minutes ahead of appointment time and arrived on the early side of the service call time frame window. He quickly assessed the job and completed work. We purchased Angie's List $79 package. Upon inspection, one of the lock cylinders was visibly broken. We gave the go ahead to replace it. Extra keys, in addition to the 3 supplied with the package, were $2 each. Gilli was very straight forward in explaining the additional costs. Very professional. We will definitely use Guardian Angel again.

The whole process went very well. They are very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. The service person came on time, he was very polite and professional. We told him that our lock is very tight and he fixed a bend in the system in addition to the lock change (with no extra charge), the new key/lock is very smooth to work with, in addition to the extra security. We are very happy with the Guardian Angels Locksmith service and would recommend it to anyone we know.

The locksmith arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. Having bought my first house, I intended to simply have all locks replaced. The locksmith explained that the beautiful old locks could be saved, but re-keyed. This was great, and it saved me money, too!

Gilli, the locksmith was prompt, professional, and explained the cost of the work I wanted done. He was friendly and easily explained to me each step in the instillation process. The front gate passage way was not the standard width and he had to make adjustments to for the front knob to fit properly. In addition, adjustment to the side gate passage way was necessary for the deadbolt to lock properly. Gilli made these adjustments without charge. Without hesitation I would use Guardian Angel Lock and Security again and specifically ask for Gilli to do the work.

These guys are great. Gave accurate low price quote over phone, same day service, and was even here early. Work was performed rapidly by Gilli with no stress no mess no bother, and in a very friendly manner. Oh, and did I mention the price was very low?

Gilli was our locksmith today and he did exactly what we hoped for and quite quickly with an assistant. Gilli was very professional and courteous and did a wonderful job. There was a minor miscommunication about the original time window but I'm happy that they were able to make it over the same day and were very apologetic for the mistake. I would recommend Guardian Angel highly and plan to use them for any lock-related needs in the future.

Gille showed up on time and worked quickly and was very pleasant. I would use him again and recommend him in the the future.

He did a great job. He even went to the extra effort of wrapping the handles with cloth to protect them from getting scratched.

it was great he came within an hour of me calling and gave me options of locks.He got the job done quick and the price was pretty low. Good company wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

He was punctual, honest, fast and very fair. He addressed all of my requests and then some. The security gate wasn't on my list for him, but he said he could fix it, which he did and saved me quite a bit of time and money. I would HIGHLY recommend him.

The knob was a special knob in which you need a key to get but not need a key to get out. He also gave me 10 keys and 5 keys were free due to being on Angies List. He also adjusted the door closer as it was not working properly. He was very nice and very professional. I would definitely call him back in the future.

Eli came back out to assess the situation of the door closer. He tired to fix and adjust my current one, but it was rusted out. He came with two industrial door closers to see which one was better for my situation. He wanted to make sure he put one on that gave me peace of mind. I needed to feel I could trust a door closer that would actually close the gate behind me. The product is great. It's strong and durable. I have peace of mind. He also put screw grease on the screws so they wouldn't rust out as I live by the beach. He was again, very professional and kind. His prices are very fair. I would definitely have him back in the future.

It went very well. I was glad that Eli could come over within an hour of my call, and that he tackled the problem head-on and left the door and locks more functional than they had been prior to the quake.

A nice nice man named Gili (hope spelling is correct) helped me with all my issues upon moving to my new home. And there were plenty of issues! One door wouldn't open, he had to cut through the deadbolt to open and replace, 3 keypad deadbolts were not working correctly and needed replacement, he also re-keyed the whole house, created keys for locks that didn't have any at all, and Gili made short work of the whole thing. Thank you Guardian Angel!

Eli arrived within 3 hours of my call. Changed the dead bolt mechanism damaged by burglars. My keys (copies made by another locksmith) required jiggling to open & close the door. Eli made new keys that work like a charm. He was quick and organized. Also gave advice to help me deter future burglars. He anticipates opening his new store in Sherman Oaks by the end of April. I would highly recommend Guardian Angel's services.

Excellent experience from start to finish. I got a very prompt response to my initial telephone inquiry and was asked to send photos of the lock to help them assess what would be needed to get the job done. They made a great effort to accommodate my schedule and came to fix the door the same day. The service call was professional and got the job done! The technician was so thoughtful at the end of the service visit that he called on the phone when leaving to remind me to close the garage door (which had been opened to allow his truck to park in the driveway). Very impressive service all around. I will absolutely use Guardian Angels Locksmith again.
