Our front door lock was pretty old and complicated, and when its door knob came off, we didn't know how to fix it. Gilli came to help us and he fixed it in about 15 mins! He was very professional and polite. We highly recommend Guardian Angel!

Guardian Angel dispatched a locksmith the same afternoon that I called. The door knob/lock on our hot water heater door was jammed and the Gas Company was coming that day to re-light the water heater pilot . In an effort to open the door, Sam tried many times to bump the lock and ultimately had to saw off the lock. Sam replaced the door knob/lock and re-keyed the cylinder to match our existing key. Sam was very personable, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. This is the second time I have used their service and would highly recommend them.

Gilli was the locksmith. Upon his arrival, I appreciated that he confirmed the cost of the installation. He arrived on time, had his tools ready to go and was pleasant and professional. He cleaned up after himself before leaving. I'd recommend Guardian Angel Lock & Security.

It went very well. They had the safe I wanted, installed it quickly and efficiently, did the rekey and made the keys on the day I wanted.

Locksmith was on time and fast once on site. He opened the door with the jammed latch and replaced it in no time. I was very happy with both his professional friendly attitude, but also how quickly he solved the problem.

I fully explained the issue on the phone and I had detailed instructions on how to correct the problem, but the technician was more experienced in non auto locks and just could not complete the process. He tried for awhile but it was not his specialty. He wanted to refer me to another of his technicians (with the car torn apart) at almost 3 times the original estimate, but that made me uncomfortable and he put the car back together. He didn't charge me, but he also didn't accomplish anything and there were some screws left over, after he left.

He was prompt, professional and explained everything he was doing. He explained how locks and keys work. It was a very educational experience. I was very impressed by his great customer service nature. If I ever need those services again, this will be the first company I call. I'm sorry I kept forgetting to write a review. I used Angie's List to search for locksmith and Guardian Angel came on top of the results. The review statistics are very impressive so I decided to call. Barry was patient and polite on the phone. He was able to make an appointment for the next day. On the day of the service, their technician Gilli was right on time and patiently waited for me for 5 minutes (I was out driving my kid to school). He asked what exactly I wanted and got on working immediately. Once he started, Gilli was quick and productive. He rekeyed all three locks I had within 15 minutes. The work was nicely done and as I tested all locks all work well. I was again very impressed. I would highly recommend Guardian Angel to others.

These guys are the real deal. Fair pricing, dedicated service and complete attention to detail. What more can you ask for in a locksmith? Eli made himself readily available - even in the late evening and his work was extremely quick and efficient. I highly recommend their services as they will continue to be my go-to locksmith. We were sure we would have to replace the entire unit, upper deadbolt and lower knob, costing a lot more money. Honest guy declined to rip us off and assured us that the repair was all we needed. Now, deadbolt smooths into place. All tight and secure. No senior citizens beware here.

I had someone meet them. It went well. One of the handles was not put back on so it covered the hole but I adjusted it. The locks worked great. They were helpful and responsive.

MY daughter got involved with someone she shouldn't have and I threw him out of her condo. He had keys to all the doors so every entrance had to be redone. Contractor was on time and worked with me to decide of the best way to re-key my home for ease of use as well as good level of security. We agreed on an approach and the contractor performed the agreed upon work promptly and honored the price agreed.

Company was responsive to my call and scheduled a service date that was prompt and convenient. However, on that day they were so late the appointment had to be rescheduled for the next day. On that day the service provider was again late. Once there, the service man was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problems. After first pointing out that he would have to order a rare part, the service man came up with another solution. This solution was very satisfactory. The provider then did some work to make the adjacent lock work better. This work provided a satisfactory result. However, this work had required some drilling that left significant wood shavings on the floor both inside and out. The workman made no effort to clean up the work site. I would consider using this provider again, but this is not a certainty.

We found Guardian Angel Locksmith on Angie's List and we couldn't be more pleased or impressed with their service. They are timely, fairly priced and do an excellent job the three times we've had to call them. The first time GA arrived, the technician, Gilly, changed the locks on our new home. He came back a second time to install a high-security lock and recently a third time when we were locked out. With each visit, I was impressed by his and the company's professionalism and expertise. Gilly recently saved us hundreds of dollars when we were locked out by knowing how to jimmy our door, which wasn't dead-bolted. Another company likely would've charged us hundred of dollars to replace our complicated lock system. Also, Gilly can make whatever keys you need copies of on the spots - often at no extra charge. I especially couldn't believe how quickly they came to service us during our lockout - a fact very much appreciated as we were otherwise stuck outside of our home with our young son, with no car keys to boot. I called Guardian Angel to get some security cameras. A nice gentleman picked up the phone imminently and scheduled me an appointment for the very next day. They showed up on time, showed me a few products and their benefits and I decided to go with their offer. A few days later they've installed 6 cameras at my house with the programming and everything.

Eli came and quickly removed the locks and worked on re-keying them. Most of the work was done in their van. When finished, he quickly replaced all of the locks. He also fixed a long tern problem we'd had with the front door. The cost was a bit more than quoted but it was because of the extra work done. We have used them before to fix a doorknob/lock and will use them again as necessary.

I called for an estimate and was told that their service guy Gill was in our neighborhood. He came by and quickly solved our problem. No hype, no drama, professional, quick and well priced. Replaced residential level door knob/lock with commercial level lever handle lock set for heavy use condo building access. And we were able to use our same keys.
