I went online to find a place to get a safe. I was thrilled to find that there was a relatively new locksmith around the corner from my home in Sherman Oaks that carried top of line safes. I walked in and the staff was friendly and informative. Everything was easy from the moment I walked in through the installation process a few days later. Phillip helped me find just the right safe for my needs. I ordered it and when the safe arrived a few days later, I received a call and the guys showed and installed the safe. Yes, it was that simple. No hiccups. I honestly love knowing that I can always turn to Guardian Angel if I have any further locksmith needs!

Gillie was professional and on time. I had only intended to replace the lock but he made better suggestions and made sure an appropriate Angie' List deal applied. It took him less than 20 minutes to do the work that I had been procrastinating on for two months. Now when it rains, my lock won't stick!

The locksmith was exactly on time. I was late. As soon as he got to my house and nobody answered the door, he called me and I told him I would be home within minutes. When I got home I found him waiting patiently for me on my front step. His name was Gilli and he was great. He walked me through all my options and then set about rekeying all of my locks. He was upfront about the pricing. He was very polite and very efficient. I've had mediocre luck with locksmiths in the past, but I will definitely use this company again. And I'll request that they send Gilli.

Gilli was the technician. He was very prompt and friendly. Even though service window was between 9 and 10am, he called exactly at 9am to tell me exactly when he would arrive. Extremely fast and helpful. I would definitely use this company again!

I called G.A. after having been assaulted and had my purse stolen. I needed to change locks for my own safety since my keys and ID were in the bag. Gilli responded quickly, on time and with courtesy and kindness. Since I also had no credit card, but am a member of Angie's List, he charged me the A.L. price and accepted a check for the work. I've been fortunate to have been able to deal with vendors of the highest quality, including Gilli while trying to put things right. This whole thing has been a pain in the neck, but vendors like G.A. and Gilli have made it much, much easier.

Scheduling appointment was easy and was given a 12-4 pm window. There were some miscommunications on day-of and technician arrived just after 4, but manager and dispatch made things right. Re-keying was quick and professional ($25 per cylinder combination change + $45 service call). I appreciate company's commitment to excellent service.

Locksmith, Gilly came when promised and evaluated our needs. Since the high security locks we wanted were only available via special order, he came back the day they arrived and installed them all. He did a great job, and was very neat and cleaned up after himself. We feel very secure in our new home.

I needed to make a few scheduling changes and they were always perfectly accommodating. The installation was challenging since the safe is so heavy but they were professional and skilled and it was completed perfectly and as quickly as possible.

Excellent service. Friendly, timely, competent, and this is the clincher - when there was a slight earth tremor a few weeks later, and the locks were slightly out of line, he came by, free of charge, and realigned the locks for us. I'd use him again in a heartbeat.

I called Guardian Angel Locksmith on a Saturday morning in hopes of having the paddle lock on my storage locker cut off. I always forget the combination and has misplaced the code. I was on a tight schedule and the locksmith agreed to come to my location to fit my schedule. I appreciated the fact that he called me shortly after my phone call and managed to find an even better time to meet me. It took him 2minutes to cut the lock of my locker. He also had a different type of lock in his truck that he recommended and that I gladly bought. This way I was able to have a lock with a code that I can remember. The service was affordable. The locksmith has very good customer service skills and was very prompt. I am lucky to find someone who could help me on a Saturday morning with no notice at all!
