This was the first major remodel in a 50 years old mid-century house. New kitchen and bathrooms?.tile floors?the works. Andy came on short notice and was very prompt. The full wall mirror presented some challenges as the corners were not square nor were the walls plumb. Andy did a very careful measuring job and when the mirror was installed he almost nailed it. Very good installers?.left the job neat and clean.

Andy was excellent to work with - one of the very best contractors we have ever worked with (we have owned ten homes and have undertaken renovation projects in all of them, so we know what it takes to stand out from the crowd)! He and his team are nice, professional, honest, and neat, as well as honoring the age-old (and impossible to find) style that "the customer is always right". When Andy first came to my home he listened carefully to my family's needs and made recommendations based on what I wanted. His bid was less than the first company I contacted, he knew his products and techniques better, and I could see that Andy would be a joy to work with. We absolutely love our shower enclosures! They were installed perfectly, so they look great and operate just as they should. The large vanity mirror that was hung at first protruded from the wall on one corner. When I called Andy to ask about it, his first words were, "Don't worry about a thing; I will do whatever I have to do to make it right". His installer was at my doorstep ten minutes later and fixed the problem immediately. This not only impressed me for the obvious reasons, but it turns out that the cause of the problem was not even their fault - the wall is actually not straight! In the future I will absolutely use Glass Definition for all of my glass and mirror needs. In fact, I would go out of my way to bring him extra business. That's the kind of guy Andy is!

Spoke to Andy on the phone. He sent 2 people who measured , cut and installed the mirror. It was reasonably priced and very well done. The men were efficient and neat. I was very happy with the result. I am currently awaiting an estimate from Andy for a large piece of glass for a table top. I will review if and when I decide to go forward with it.

It went great! Very pleasant experience from the initial call made to the company, to the quick come back with an estimate with a reasonable quote , to the punctuality of the people who worked on my project. They left the place clean and the job looked great!

The job went very smoothly, without any problems. They were very professional, polite and courteous. I am going to have him install a mirror on my door in my bedroom at a later date. I recommend him without hesitation.

Andy (the owner) and his crew did an excellent job. I received a visit the same day I called and got a professional quote very fast. Andy answered all my questions and concerns, so I proceeded with the job. His crew installed glass railing for my staircase. It completely changed the look of my house. I receive a lot of compliments from my guests. They measured very carefully and made sure to make it safe for my baby. I was in the process of remodeling my house and they did such a great job that I decided to also install glass railing on my balcony and frameless glass shower doors. I received a discount for the later work, so it all evened out. The crew was always clean and punctual. I highly recommend them for glass services. They perform high quality work and are very dependable.

Andy was great, professional, on time, technically inclined, our installation required some details to be absolutely accurate and he got it quick, we had our estimate in 24 hours and the 14ft glass wall over hanging a deck above our pool up 2 weeks later. Owner of company came to provide estimate only a few days after I made initial call. He was very prompt, courteous, and professional. After making some measurements, he left, and then sent an estimate via email the next day. When I told him that I was interested in using his services, he came back immediately to make final measurements and to sign paperwork. Everything was very clearly written out and properly explained. Within a week, his workers came in and installed everything in about five hours. They left the workplace clean, and were careful not to damage anything in my home. Overall, I was extremely happy with the price, service, and work.

I needed all of my windows and sliding patio doors replaced as the home was built in 1936. Glass Definition presented me with several manufactures/brands of windows to choose from. I ended up selecting a window brand that could have etched engraving in it to compliment the style of my home. The estimate for the replacement was very competitive with other estimates I had obtained. I had Mr. Perez and his team do the replacement of the windows and sliding doors because of their experience. Mr. Perez's knowledge in the glass business is second to none as he has been in the industry for more than 25 years. This guy knows glass! He always answered my calls and his team was on time. All of the windows and doors that were ordered fit and were installed correctly. The calking was neat and the workers were clean and organized. I tell all of my friends to use Glass Definition. A+ work and competitive pricing. I was so happy with the work that I had a mirror made to custom size, a glass table covering made, and frosted glass cabinet inserts made. All of them were the perfect size and the work was completed on time. Easy company to do business with.

Extremely Well, Highly Satisfied

I was remodeling my master bathroom and Glass Definition was recommended. They did an outstanding job! The team really understood the options, and helped me decided how to best replace an existing wall with glass and keep the water in the shower. They showed me the options for how I could replace the doors with frameless modern glass. I also have a steam shower and they gave me options for a glass vent that could be closed when using the steam, and opened when using the shower. They carefully measured all the specs and designed the walls and doors on paper so I could understood what it would look like when completed. The estimate was lower that the other quotes, and they used thicker glass and better hardware. They were courteous, professional, arrived on time and were very clean. Most of all, they did an excellent job and my bathroom looks amazing! I highly recommend Glass Definition!

After the Initial measurements we were given itemized estimate with detailed information and pricing. After giving an initial deposit we were told that iw would take approximately a week. We were when called to schedule an installation appointment. They arrived and installed the glass enclosure and left the area clean and in good order. Glass Definition was reasonably priced -professional and a quality job overall. We are very pleased.
