Description of Work: we scheduled a time to meet, the person did not show up or call. I called later to see what was going on and was immediately put on hold. Then when the person finally came on the phone, they said 'i'm on the other line, can you call me later? uuuuughh.... no that's ok On the other hand, of the 8 contractors I have contacted to do this job (probably around 20k worth of work) only one has actually sent me a quote, so apparently this behavior is not unusual
