FUTURE CUSTOM HARDWOOD FLOOR

They did excellent work. The workers knew what they were doing. He definitely worked with me well. It was during a time when I was moving in and there was rainy weather. He had to speed up the curing, drying of it. One night he worked until midnight. He really put out a wonderful effort.

First of all, the person answering the phone says ''Hello??'' & not the name of the business. I also had trouble understanding his accent & asked him to repeat several things. That should have been my first clue. I needed an estimate for repair of water damaged laminate floors. He asked me several times whether this was to be an insurance claim. When I refused to give him that information he seemed very rude. We made an appointment for a ''free'' estimate for Monday, August 21st between 3 and 4 PM. He said his man would call me at 2 PM to confirm I was home. He did not call. At 3:30 PM I called THEM and asked where his estimate man was. He said ''They did not give you an estimate over the phone?'' (Huh? I have no idea what that meant.) He said he had no record of our appointment but wanted to set up another. I said no. I believe that when I refused to say if the job was an insurance claim or not, he/they decided the job was no worth doing as he probably wanted to gouge the insurance c

They responded quickly to my call, came out same day for estimate, completed work quickly, arrived on time, were courteous and helpful. They also cleaned up, did good work, and gave me coupon discount.

THEY TOOK OUT THE FLOORS DOWN TO THE FRAMING AND PUT IN NEW ONES. THE PEOPLE WERE GOOD. THEY WERE PROBABLY NOT AS PUNCTUAL AS THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. THE JOB TOOK LONGER THAN THEY SAID THEY WOULD TAKE, BUT THEY MADE UP FOR IT BY REPAIRING OTHER PIECES IN THE HOUSE.
