+ -1 moreMy favorite shoes were in need of repair... I was a bit shocked when I picked them up and got the total... Even though I was going to repair them no matter the price, I was accustomed to paying the and quot;quickie shoe repairand quot; near my office... .....however, the money spent was worth every penny. All of my boots and shoes look brand new and just out of the box... WOW!
Description of Work: Needed new heels, new toes, soles, insoles, leather repair for boots and shoes

+ -1 moreIt was not a complicated or difficult job but the service was very good and so was the workmanship. I will definitely use their services again.
Description of Work: I brought in two pair of my daughter's ankle boots on which she had run down the heels. The price was quite good at $14/pair and they were done by the next day. The only slight knock keeping my rating on the quality "good" not "excellent" was that the shoes did not appear to be cleaned/polished which most shoe shops will do after finishing the job.

+ -1 moreWe went over exactly where I wanted the patch placed. When I came to pick up the jacket, not only was the patch crooked, but it was also upside down!!! In making the correction, extra holes are visible on the sleeve of this jacket where the mistakes were made. STUPID!!!
Description of Work: a simple patch sewn on a new leather motorcycle jacket.

+ 0 moreI've been going to Eddie's for about 5 years now. They are THE BEST and on par with Arturo's in Beverly Hills. This latest repair, I had an adored leather purse and one of the metal buckles literally split in half. They diligently worked in finding not just one, but two replacements (there were two buckles, but only one broke) that were to my color and weight preference. I'm THRILLED with the results. I take all my new shoes there for no-slip bottoms and have referred at least 20 friends who have also been very happy with the work.
Description of Work: Replaced two metal buckles (one broken, one not) on a very expensive, adored shoulder bag.

+ -1 moreIt was great - when I asked how long to repair, he said, "tomorrow" - can't get better than that! I did not make it down to the shop the next day, but I did the day after, and both pairs were ready.
Description of Work: 2 pairs of shoes repaired - one pair of boots with worn-down heels and another pair, where the strap had come off on one of the shoes.
