They arrived early and I wasn't home, however I gave them instruction over the phone what to do and by the time I got home the work was completed and they had already cleaned up. You couldn't tell that the birdhouse was just done. It looks amazing and his placing of it in the garden was actually far better than where I had suggested.

They were awesome. He took a look at it before I put the money down. I would use him again.

Everything was performed in a professional manner, promptly, and cleanly. Noam Itzaki, general contractor, maintained excellent supervision on the project and kept us informed at all steps of the process.

I had a water heater that was not placed to code and over 10 years old. I got quotes of $1800 to move the heater to code & replace the water heater. I found the Angie's list deal and called Noam because I had questions before I purchased the deal of $1999.00. He went to the property to inspect it and we met half way between my house and the property to discuss. The cost to move the tankless system to the other side of the house was additional to the $1999 deal, but well worth it. According to my tenants, everything was perfect. Noam was on time, professional. I went by the property a few days later for another project and the tankless system looked so good. After rebates, the final cost will be $2450 which $650 more that having a water tank installed. I couldn't be happier to have a project be easy where I don't have to be on the phone or leave my office. Thank you Noam

Noam and his work staff are some of the best I've worked with over the years. They we early on the day of the install. They were quick and the overall quality of their work is beyond reproach. My install was slightly more than the coupon due to the need to repipe and repo the location of the heater. I am blown away with the work and the professionalism of this company. I have already had recommendation request from my next door neighbor. Top notch! An Angieslist Best in my opinion.

Everything went perfectly! We had purchased the Angie's list deal for $1,999, but it ended up costing more because the tankless water heater needed to be installed in a completely different location from the original one which meant new pipes had to be run. Even with the additional cost it was still a good deal, we had been quoted higher prices by a couple of other companies before we went with "Do It Right Construction." The job was completed in a timely fashion and the water was off for maybe 7 hours (possibly less) while they did all of the work. They even provided us with the rebate form for us to fill out and submit to our gas company. I would highly recommend "Do It Right Construction" for your tankless water heater installation needs.

I contacted Noam about installing an on-demand water heater for our home. Noam was very responsive and friendly, the kind of guy you hope you get with a contractor. He came out and inspected the property, asked the right questions and his bid was fair. He uses Rinnai, which are the best systems (at least I felt so from my research) and said he had installed many before. I thought everything sounded good so we got started. There was a little concern at first because his "guys" (Noam didn't actually do any of the work) were reading the instruction manual and searching around the house for the gas main - they even insisted the earthquake release was where they were supposed to turn on and off the gas. What made matters worse is that Noam would disappear, leaving things in the hands of these guys. But then things seemed to be going somewhat smoothly. The heater was mounted. The gas line was in. The water was in. But then things took a turn for the worse. First, the control panel was installed upside down. Then after they were supposedly done, the heater would go out when the heater was on. They came back out and added larger gas pipes. Didn't work. They called Rinnai and went over the entire system. That wasn't it. After a couple of long weeks it was discovered by the Gas Company that there was a blocker in the gas meter. And then, the control panel went out and needed to be replaced (it was covered by warranty). The bottom line: Noam is a jack-of-all-trades, but master of none. Or at least not a master of water heaters. I find it misleading for him to advertise himself as someone who provides this service when he doesn't have the team or expertise to really handle contingencies in the process of installing these items. In the end, he did get it all working, so I cut him a break on the grade. However, if I could do it again, I would use a plumber and/or Rinnai authorized installer who knows how to troubleshoot issues and even better: how to avoid them.

He was responsive. The work was good quality. I was happy. Make sure that everything you want done is clear from the beginning so there is no differences.

We were very pleased with Do-It-Right Construction. We had originally received a quote from them for a bathroom remodel. Unfortunately, we didn't go with them (in hindsight, we may have chosen the wrong company!) but luckily we remembered them when searching for a company to help us with our water heater woes. The quote they had provided us was significantly cheaper than the company who did our bathroom remodel. Noam was wonderful in that he constantly checked in during the progress of the day. He promptly returned phone calls.

Our experience was amazing! We have already recommended them to many of our friends and are having them come back for a second remodeling project we have. Noam and his team are very professional. They always show up on time and clean up before they leave. Everything we asked for was written out in detail so we knew exactly what we were getting in our remodel and what the cost was. I really can't say enough great things about our experience! Everything from the initial consultation to the final day of work was so fantastic I feel like the time flew by and I am not sure many people could say that about construction. Noam was flexible with our schedule and accommodating to our old dog that wanted to always see what was going on :) The attention to detail was incredible. The tile work in the main bath is so precise and perfect. Noam's employees are very professional and friendly, there were days when I was working from home and didn't mind the work going on around me. I wish I could give Do it Right Construction an +A I am so happy with everything. I would look no further because I can't image a better contractor then Do it Right Construction!!

From the beginning, Noam was very honest and straightforward with his estimate for the installation. Since my gas meter was on the exact opposite side of the house (where the tank was), it was a bit more involved and would therefore cost a little more than what was discussed over the phone. He had given me a heads up during our initial conversation that the rate may vary based upon such things, so I was fine with the final quoted amount. Despite the added complexity of the installation, his workers were still able to perform and finish the work within one day. They arrived just before 8am and were finished a little after 5pm. The installers were very professional and courteous and kept me updated on their status throughout the day. The end result was exactly what I had hoped for, a very clean installation hidden on the side of the house and with a very respected, reliable brand (Rinnai.) It was also great to be able to get a rebate from So Cal gas ($150!) I only wished I decided to do this the year before when it was $300. I highly recommend Do It Right and am planning on using them again the future.

This company posted a coupon on Angies List for a bathroom remodel for $4999. Noam came out and quoted for 2 bathrooms and said that the coupon couldn't be used because the work was non standard. I found this very surprising since we have had other (lower) quotes and have been told that the work is very standard. There is no moving of any plumbing, electrical or anything else that would be considered non-standard. It feels like a classic "bait and switch" and I would never work with a company that operates like this. Noam also became argumentative when challenged on it being a bait and switch.

He completed the job on schedule and within price. He was very easy to work with; he returned phone calls within an hour; and his team was very professional. I plan to have him complete another bathroom this August. Until then, he rates a 'grade A' in my book!

Noam and his crew did a fantastic job on our bathroom. Their professionalism and quality of work were outstanding. Attention to detail was also very admirable. Without a doubt they are the best contractors we have ever worked with, and we look forward to hiring them again to remodel our second bathroom.

After first visit, I promptly received an estimate. I then requested changes and promptly received a revised proposal.

It went OK. I am happy with the equipment and function. I am not happy with the extra work contracted and paid for and not performed with no refund.

It turned out good. They were punctual and they finished the job on time. They paid very good attention to detail and overall did a very good job.

Noam was a pleasure to work with. He was punctual and very thorough with his details about the work being done. His estimate was exactly what I paid and he performed the work in one day, even a few hours earlier than anticipated. My gas line to the old leaking water heater was too small to accommodate the tankless water heater and it was all the way on the other side of the house from my gas meter. To save me money he installed the tankless water heater at an alternate location. He ran new gas lines, installed a new fuse for the tankless water heater, ran the power, and tapped into my water lines from the new location. The installation looks perfect and now I have more space in my garage where the old water heater was. It also used to take forever for my water to get hot in the back add on bathroom and now it's much faster. Thanks Noam! While removing the old water heater he noticed that the gas lines were run to the old water heater were not up to code. Instead of just capping them off at the ends he removed the bad lines completely and capped them off from under the house. No extra charge for this work. This was the best experience I've had with any contractor. I will definitely use him again for any future projects.

They were fast and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy with the way it looks. I was able to upragde the water heater and have a building inspector with no problem.

I bought a Tankless Water Heater "Big Deal" for this company. Noam came out to review the worksite. He was very professional. He told me what to expect. When his workers showed up on the scheduled day they were on time and ready to go. They worked hard all day in the blazing heat (record high temps) until the job was done. Noam was there the last few hours to make sure everything was working as it should. The water heater works great. I'm glad I went with the tankless model. Noam and his crew were great. I'd definitely hire them again for other jobs around my house.

I called Do It Right and made an appointment to get an estimate. Noam came on time and explained what the job would entail. He gave me the option of upgrading to a larger unit, which would cost more than the coupon I'd purchased from Angie's List. I agreed. We determined the location for the unit and made an appointment for the work to be done, less than a week later. He assured me it would be finished within a day. The appointment was scheduled for 8 am. When I went out to get my newspaper at 7:45, Noam and his assistants were already there. They hadn't wanted to ring the doorbell early and wake me. All three workmen were courteous and professional. They were careful not to leave doors open, as I requested because of my cats. They explained and verified each step with me. They disconnected my old water heater and removed it. When the water heater and controls were installed, Noam showed me how to use them and answered my questions. As promised, the work took less than a day. They cleaned up everything behind them. The experience was pleasant and painless, and I'm enjoying my new water heater. I would definitely use Do It Right again.

Contractor Noam Itzhaki and his crew (DBA: Do It Right Construction) recently concluded a complete remodeling of my master bathroom. From the project's inception through conclusion, Noam was onsite at least once a day to ensure the work's quality and progress. Prior to start of construction, Noam accompanied me to several competing home improvement outlets, lending his creative and construction expertise to help ensure that I acquired the highest quality fixtures and tile possible. In short, I very much appreciated his attention to detail, artistic sense, and genuine concern with keeping the project within budget. The billing was graduated, and became due only as each portion of the project was completed. Furthermore, Noam provided advice on what enhancements might increase the home's value. Beyond that, he was flexible and responsive to my questions and concerns throughout. As the completed master bathroom is nothing short of exquisite, I plan to have Noam remodel a second bathroom and add decking to the back yard to support an eventual hot rock sauna.

I had the traditional old style huge water heater before and I am very happy with the New Tankless water heater. Noam installed for me. I saved space, it is energy efficient, and it works great.

Professional, experienced, organized , responsible and creative. Noam gave us great ideas and saved us money before starting the project! During the project he and his staff totally considered "all" our house rules resulting in our best experience with a contractor. It was a pleasure to communicate with him throughout the project. He finished the project earlier than he was supposed to and the final product looked wonderful! Also I want to mention that with him the job didn't end when the final payment was made. He followed up to make sure that we had the best service, quality and craftsmanship that we expected and deserved. He surely surpassed our expectations and it couldn't get better!
