I hired this company based on a friend's recommendation. They installed all my floors, countertops and showers, etc. It was a huge job, about three thousand square feet of floors, four showers, six bathrooms. Very expensive. They seemed eager to please in the installation phase, however, I started noticing that the grout was coming up. And then I noticed that tiles were loose. I had a company come out to give me an estimate on repairing the loose tiles and basic cleaning and restoration. Their verdict was that the tile was installed improperly. I figured they were wrong because I thought Rocco Cordola knew his stuff. So I contacted another company, and another -- FOUR companies have now told me independently that the tile in my home was not properly installed and everyone of them is afraid to tackle this project because of it. So I contacted Rocco to come out and look at the problems. I've called, emailed, called some more -- Rocco has NEVER returned my phone calls or emails. No one from his company has bothered either. There is no reason three thousand square feet of tile should be loose... unless it was installed incorrectly!

This company was the contractor for Home Depots granite installation. After my initial estimate in the Home Depot store and payment of my deposit, Cordola contacted me within 2 days to schedule my measurement. They were right on time the appointment and when some issues were found with my cabinets they worked with me so that I could completely understand what the issues were and what could be done to remedy the issues. Installation was completed 3.5 weeks later. The installers were early(!) for the installation appointment and worked all day to complete the installation. There was no damage and no mess and everything looked perfect!
