Eric and his crew are the ONLY SERVICE for cleaning carpets I will use. They are efficient, fast and come back if there is any problem with the work. THIS HAS ONLY HAPPENED ONCE AND THEY CAME RIGHT BACK! The carpets dry quickly, not like other services. I highly recommend them.

Eric is professional and personable. I needed the carpets to dry quickly and his process seemed to work more effectively than steam cleaners I've used in the past. He's very thorough, spent more time on the job than others had in the past. The results look great and it's all almost dry.

Eric and his team cleaned a large sofa and chair. He did an excellent job. He takes a lot of pride in his work and was persistent in trying to remove all of the stains. I would definitely use him again.

back. They took the time to do it right. He took the time to vacuum up the dog and cat hair on my sofa before cleaning it. The result was excellent. My carpet still looks as good as the day they cleaned it. The carpet has a soft feel to it ,unlike conventional steam cleaners where the carpet gets stiff right away. The dog urine stains have not come back . I'm very satisfied with the work and the professionalism of the crew.

They came on time and worked very hard and professionally on the various tasks. The stains on the capet and chair were removed and are not noticeable (far beyond my expectation of what could be done). The upholstery fabric on the loveseat and couch although greatly improved in appearance were very stiff in some sections. It took several days for the cushions to dry. I called them and they cheerfully returned to reprocess the loveseat and couch for no charge. They said that this was unusual to need to return, but again were very nice and professional. I recommend Chem-Dry Action Quick. Their pricing is very fair, there are no hidden fees or addons. They are very professional and are very nice.

They are the BEST. Very professional. Very nice. I would uise them again AND WILL. The carpets dried within a reasonable time and the stairs, as they told me, took a little longer. But everything was bone dry by the next morning. Very pleased!!!!

Eric was prompt and courteous and immediately explained exactly what services he could provide and discussed cost, making sure we were comfortable with not only the sevices but the overall final cost--which was very reasonable. He got to work quietly and thoughtfully, not only cleaned my carpets beautifully but also treated the fabric with stain protection. All his products are "green" and there was no odor whatsoever. The carpets dried very fast. He also cleaned an antique Turkish rug for us and it now looks marvelous. Eric takes professionalism to new heights and I would highly recommend him to anone who values their carpets and is seeking excellent service. This was a terrific experience and you will be as delighted as us by the outcome.

I had a very small job that was actually less than their $99 minimum. I brought them out and they offered to do several other spots so that the total was more than I asked them to do and their charge was still $99. It was just a pleasure to work with professional people

Eric and Tony were/are amazing! They called to let me know they were on their way, arrived on time and my carpets looks FABULOUS (and they are 10 years old!). They were both very informative, courteous and kind. I will definitely have them back!!!

Eric and Tony arrived right on time to start cleaning the carpets. They moved the furniture such as the sofas and chairs so they could clean the entire carpet. After the cleaning was done they placed plastic under the bottom of the chairs to keep them off the floor. It took approximately 2 hrs to clean the four rooms. I was able to have the carpets cleaned on my day off since Eric was able to change some of his prior appointments so I could schedule it during my day off. Very nice people to work with. I also received a reminder call about the appointment for the following day.

They showed up within the estimated time frame. They were careful with my furniture and floors and cleaned up well after themselves. Eric was very knowledgeable and informative. I felt I didn't have to watch what they were doing. They finished in a reasonable amount of time.

Scheduling an appointment was very easy, and Eric and his assistant arrived exactly at the agreed upon time. Both men were both friendly and thoroughly professional. They asked what I wanted to have done, and then explained how they would do it. The sofas and small area rugs were especially dirty, and they did an excellent job on everything, working until they were satisfied with the result. Eric really knows his business, and genuinely wants to make his customers happy. An excellent experience all around.

They were fantasic! I thought they were wonderful. They met my expections with cleaning and everything looks like new. The 2 people who cleaned were pleasant to be around as well. The did a great job with being careful with other items in my home.
