Eric and crew arrived on time, evaluated my cleaning issue (cats piddled on the sofa), and got to work. The chair and ottoman are vintage, and yellowed from cigarette smoke at my parents house. They tested the material to be sure cleaning wouldn't damage the naugahyde. All three pieces look fabulous. There was still some urine smell after the sofa dried; one call, and they came out the next day to address the problem. Much better! I would absolutely hire these folks again.

Eric arrived right on time & proceeded to vacuum all the floors that were to be cleaned in my house. He spot treated all the areas that were more difficult to clean. Most of the furniture was moved out of the way to clean the area thoroughly. After the area had been cleaned he applied a protectorant to help keep the area clean for a longer period of time. Will keep using Chemical Dry Action Quick in the future.

From scheduling to completion, the job was as smooth as silk. This is the second time we've used this independently owned franchise, and the carpets were cleaned beautifully. We have a black haired cocker spaniel, and they got every last hair! Eric, the owner of this franchise, is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. We chose the Basic Package again because we have our carpets cleaned approximately every six months. Be sure to choose his franchise, Chem-Dry Action Quick, as not all franchisees deliver this excellent level of service.

The technician came to my home at the scheduled time and measured before giving me his estimate. After I approved the estimate he and his assistant quickly got to work. The carpets looked great. They put plastic under the furniture legs and they even cleaned the baseboards. Very impressed!

GOT EXISTING STAINS OUT. VERY HAPPY

We had 5 college students live in the house for 3 years and they left the house totally dirty. We tried to clean the carpet in one room and gave up and hired them. They came out and worked hard cleaning the carpets. I was absolutely amazed how good the carpets looked when they were done. They went from just black in many areas to a nice off white like they were originally. I was amazed at how good they looked. The only problems were with burns from either cigarettes or incense, and two bad stains. The burns were small and he worked to make them less noticeable which worked well. The stains he got after going over them with 4 different treatments. We were very very happy. However, he warned us that because that some of the stains were so deep, they might come back with time. Sure enough they did come back after about a month. Not nearly like the original stains, but bad enough. He came back out and removed them again. This time they have not come back, even after 4 months. We are very very happy with the work that he did, and will call him again to do the carpets.

I think it was Eric I booked with. As above rating shows, they did an excellent job. I gave a B for Quality because they were unable to completely clean the area where my dog lays. I gave a B for price because I did not have other bids so I don't know if they were competitive. I hired them based on Angie's reviews and the initial phone contact with Eric.

He cleaned the stubborn stains that were not cleaned by the last outfit of carpet cleaners. We were really happy with the results. The fee was a little higher than most, but worth it.

They arrived on time, did the work, and all was well. I am planning to use them again.

Eric and his crew came to the house right on time. They worked diligently to get the work done thoroughly and to respond to any questions and concerns I had. They moved furniture without complaint and went over areas as much as was needed to remove the cat hair (and other nasty cat stuff). I have dining room chairs upholstered in white ( what was I thinking?), and they just looked awful. When Eric got done with them they looked almost brand new. The price seemed reasonable to me given how long they were here and how quickly and thoroughly they worked. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

It went really well. They did an excellent job. They were outstanding. They cleaned the baseboards. They weren't the cheapest but the was worth the money. They came and took measurements and came back when they said they were going to. They were on time and finished on time.

Eric and his crew arrived right on time on Saturday morning. They had called as a reminder the night before and left a message that they would be arriving for the appointment on Saturday. They told me the job would take about one and half hours, and they were finished in about 1 hour and fifteen minutes. They pretreated some stains, and then began. They worked hard and fast and were professional. Toward the end Eric used a smaller cleaning utensil that enabled him to clean right along the base boards or molding which is a tight area that collects dust / dirt / stains. This was a very nice professional touch and that area always seems to have a buildup as most vacuum cleaners cannot get a good draw right against the edge. Overall perfect job. This was the second time I've used Eric and will use him again when the carpets need cleaning. They were prompt, professional, fair and swift. No mess or problems after they left.

Simply put, did the job in a professional manner with no up-charges. Fair, up-front pricing and pleasant folks to clean your carpet. One unusual (good) thing: rarely does someone who performs a service in m home do it "as if it was their house". This company did. Took the time/effort necessary to take care of trouble spots without hurrying of to another job. Greatly appreciated and would highly recommend Eric and his crew and will use them again.

FANTASTIC. Everything I wanted and more. On initial call, I spoke to Eric, the owner. He was friendly and professional and thouroughly explained the process and approximate prices (couldn't be exact until measured on-site). Set up the exact time I wanted. On the day, his 2 guys called me on the way, early into the window, and they then arrived promptly. They were very courteious and professional and respectful. They answered all of my questions and then got to it. Gave me exact price quote which i was very pleased with (nice 20% Angie's List discount). They did their cleaning over the next 3 hours. The carpets look AMAZING. I didn't think they'd be able to get that clean again! I have 4 cats, and they got ALL of the hair. The carpet looks new and full of life. I'm so so excited about this all. I'll use them again and again, as well as recommending them (and Angie's List) to EVERYONE.

On Time! Made a last minute appt with me just the day before as I needed this immediately. He came out and being on Angie's List was also huge and he gave me a first time unreal discount~ but performed as if I was paying tons of $. I would highly recommend Eric and his team to every one!!

Super easy communication. Got back to me and had me scheduled so fast and easy. Came on time. Did an AMAZING job for so much less $ than I was expecting. Great great. Very happy.

He does a great job. I have dogs and cats that are always on my sofa, and he takes the hair off the sofa before he actually does the cleaning. Weeks after, when I vacuum my rug, it still seems fresh and there is no residue on the rugs. He is also easy to get in touch with and showed up on time.

Eric (the owner) and Thomas arrived on schedule (even called ahead) and were very professional. They had good equipment and knew what they were doing. Eric explained to me exactly what they would do and kept me informed as they went along. For the carpet, they vacuumed first and cleaned baseboards before the cleaning. It took them 3+ hours to finish - they did a great job! Everything looks wonderful! When they left, early afternoon, things were damp but it was ok to walk on carpet. Later in the evening things were pretty dry. Completely dry (sofa and large area rugs) by the next morning.

I sent a message via this site to inquire on carpet cleaning for 2 BR Town House in Van Nuys. Eric called the first thing the next morning and explained his cleaning process and discount by me being a member of Angie's list. He said Heather would be calling me with 30 minutes to schedule the work, which she did and date was set for Wednesday, June 3rd at 0800. Jason & Thomas arrived exactly at 0800 and we did walk thru home to point out all special areas of concern. Jason started process and cleaned 2 bedrooms upstairs, hallway, stairs and living room. Jason even moved some furniture around to clean every inch of carpeting. Jason worked very hard and was concerned with every aspect of my home and protecting areas and furniture from cleaning fluids. When cleaning was completed he treated all carpeting with their ScotchGuard protection chem. Jason moved all the heavy furniture back in position, using styrofoam and plastic under the furniture legs on damp carpet. I set up fans in every location and carpet was 90% dry in a few hours. Thank you Eric, Heather and Jason for a fantastic, thorough carpet cleaning process. You guys were very easy to deal with from start to finish.

The best carpet cleaning service in Los Angeles, hands down. Exemplary communications, Eric even told me who was coming to clean by name. It's a small shop, so no issues with untrustworthy employees. The demeanor was professional, and they were extremely careful during every step of the way. Thorough execution, and they took the greatest care with the furniture. Each movable item was moved to access every corner of the carpeted surface. Not once did I witness an accidental bump into furniture or similar - something that happened with some regularity when I used one of their Chem-Dry competitors in the past. The 20% discount for Angie's List customers is substantial. In the end, they did a FAR better job than their competitor, for slightly less money. The twelve-year-old carpets look nearly new. I'm thoroughly impressed by the entire experience, and would not dream of using any other company for a carpet cleaning job. If there were a higher grade than A, they would get it. from me.

The price they charged was lower than what was advertised. The gentleman was responsive and came right away.

Eric, the owner, called when they were on their way, letting me know he would be there exactly when they said they would be there. I was given a 1-3pm time window and they arrived right after 1pm. He brought one person with him to get the job done. They measured quickly, deducted the square footage of where furniture would be that couldn't be moved, as to not charge me for the total square footage of the room. Eric explained the cleaning process to me and offered me two different options (one with a Scotchguard protectant). I am pregnant and we wanted to make extra sure that anything put onto the carpets was safe for a baby, so Eric, even though he knew his products are all green, recommended we not do the Scotchguard, just to be extra safe. He was so careful and thoughtful that he would let me know when I should not be near the cleaning solutions so that I didn't inhale anything that would be bad for the baby. The carpets look brand new! They did an incredible job! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their carpets cleaned. It took them just over 2 hours to complete.

Very nice job. Took about 2 hrs to clean and was a little damp for the rest of day. 20 year old carpet looks and feels like new. Eric and his crew were courteous and cleaned up after. We are very happy with the service we recieved.

excellent. eric, the owner came to my house on time with jason, a helper. the chair cushions were terribly stained and he wasn't sure they would come out besides coffee stains, there were other stains i created when i tried to clean them myself. they were there more an hour and a half trying different things. my wife was very impressed as i was. they look wonderful. eric gave me a 20% discount since i was an angieslist member. i highly recommend eric and would not hesitate to use him in the future.
