Description of Work: Also had a 9' by 12' handmade oriental rug cleaned that had many pet stains, with excellent results. Previously used steam cleaning which left the pet smells in the rug, the chem dry process didn't. Three months later the stains and smells have not reappeared.

+ -1 moreEric was careful to explain the ChemDry process and he did a great job. We will certainly use his company again when we need any carpet cleaning. He was running 10 minutes late and called to let me know! Amazing.
Description of Work: Called them to clean 3 rooms and a hallway, following 7 weeks of construction in the house. They were able to come the next day. It is about a l" light beige shag carpet and they made it look like new. Was all totally dry by the next morning and looks great. He also cleaned an oriental rug (6 foot runner) by hand.
