We had a very good experience using California Kitchen Gallery to do a complete remodel of our Kitchen for us. Sam the owner knew just when to step in during the design process with great suggestions and he also knew when and how to step back giving us the opportunity to make our own choices. I must have changed my mind a dozen times and Sam never blinked an eye. Sam has a lot of expertise and is also a really nice and patient person to deal with. The tear down and rebuild went quickly and the crew was knowledgeable, polite and resourceful. I was looking for someone to take care of the whole project as both my husband and I work and I am very happy with my choice. I highly recommend California Kitchen Gallery to anyone considering a remodel. We absolutely LOVE our new kitchen!!

We did a complete kitchen remodel a few months ago. Sam not only gave us the most competitive quote but he was also the easiest personality to deal with. His calm and positive demeanor made the entire experience a great one because boy was it a major project. We completely gutted our kitchen and tore down some walls. We opened up our floor plan. This was not just some cosmetic work. All of this while we lived in our house. Sam's team was also helpful and nice. My wife and I left for work every day and left Sam's team alone in our house for a full month. We just knew we could trust them. I highly recommend California Kitchen Gallery.

At the end somethings were still not done properly (such as recess lights and cabinets and counter top having nicks and defects). The contractor wasn't on site very often, so the workmen made lots of mistakes. They didn't follow guidelines provided and the craftsmanship was poor, professionalism was poor and communication poor. Overall, I will not recommend CKG to anyone I know.

this is such an unfortunate case , we been in construction business for many years ,doing a lot bigger projects than this one and all of our clients love working with us and we get many referrals ,we consider our clients as part our family and we do our best to keep them happy , of course in every project there is many pieces of puzzle that have to be connected to complete , and in any renovations there is blind spots , what counts is getting the problems fixed , which we always do , the client was on tight budget and and many compromises and discount where made by us to help them out since they were young couple and this was their first home , this was supposed to be a very straight forward project ,prefabricated cabinets and countertop and backsplash tile and later on additional work was added which it was the fireplace tiling and bar cabinets, we advised the client at the beginning that we were booked at the time and our first availability its within a month or more , but we will do our best to start earlier if we could , which within few days a opening happened for 2 weeks and we notified them and started right away ( this type of kitchens are usually 1 week project for us ), the client changed their mind a few times regarding some materials , which caused delays and restocking fees were paid by us to the manufacturers which we never even mentioned , we did additional work of repairing walls and ceiling and adding electrical that was needed due to relocating and adding appliances ,the backsplash tile was changed to something else that was more expensive ( and out of stock , so we had to wait about month to get it, which he was told ) and there was no additional charges to them for any of that , just to help them out , the client was very concern about everything and hundreds of text messages were sent to us from 7 am to 11 pm the whole time , and we never said anything and took care of all the issues and questions he had all thought most of them they were not a problem or had nothing to do with our contracted job , we had to hire a refinisher 2 times to come and repaint molding and touch up a prefabricated product many doors were replaced for almost no reason ,when we could have just refuse to do so due to microscopical issues which every man made product will have , they bought a certain amount of a counter top which it was just enough not an inch extra and for 1/8 of an inch extra gap by the stove they asked us to replace the counter they didn't pay for , so we had to by another slab just for that from our pocket , just to make them happy ,they bought a foreign refrigerator and they provided us with some un clear installation instruction that no one could understand how ever after few couple times of redoing built in area , we installed the built in fridge , but it had some manufacture defat , and once the manufacture came they said that the kit was supposed to be installed a deferent way ,, so we paid 750 dollars of the new kit and installation fee for something we never charged for to do ,, but there was just no ending of unreasonable requests and fixing and they still wanted to hire us to redo their bathroom cabinet which due to our experience we did not accept to do that at the end we walked out with a prefect job completed ( as far as the contract goes and more )and they signed off the release ,we lost a few thousand dollars in this project but yet we did what ever we could make them happy which now looking at it was impossible , how ever i wish them the best and happiness and i hope he finds something better to do than keep updating his review to hurt us more and many other good reviews that we have its the best respond to his here is some of our reviews from yelp [Member name] Los Angeles, CA 0 friends 3 reviews Share review Compliment Send message Follow [Member name] 5.0 star rating 6/22/2015 Listed in Google Our overall experience with California Kitchen Gallery was an amazing journey. We practically had a complete remodel of our home, first being our kitchen, guest bathroom, new flooring in all rooms, recess lighting in all rooms, stairs, and painting in each room. I tell you if we could have moved out and moved back in, we would of, so this process could go faster and smoother. However, though many hiccups and unforeseen issues we encountered, Sam was willing to work with us to the end. As a matter of fact, this job was completed at the end of May, 2015, he is still working with us to ensure that this project is complete and that we are satisfied. Sam saved us a ton of money in this complete remodel. We are overall happy with our new remodeled home, in particular our fabulous kitchen and solid wood steps.
