They fixed several things that a previous contractor had probably done inappropriately.? They did their best to make sure their wasn't too much damage done and to minimize the dust and dirt.? Fantastic. The worker showed up exactly on time and quickly got to work. He installed the lights and was done in just a few hours. He cleaned up and left the place as if he'd never been there.

We had a fantastic experience with B.K. Electric! Alexis did a great job of coordinating schedules and communicating messages with Liron, our project manager. She was friendly, attentive and diligent in her follow up. We were looking for someone who would be able to provide suggestions on how our lighting should be arranged and Liron exceeded our expectations. His passion and expertise were evident in our initial meeting. We do not have a lot of space, but we have an open floor plan. Liron spent a lot of time understanding how we planned to use different areas within the space. Based on our input, he designed our lighting to enable us to visually define areas without creating any physical barriers. The lighting design is efficient and functional. It is efficient in the sense that we do not have to waste energy illuminating spaces we are not using. It is functional in that all areas are illuminated well. The installation was a lot more disruptive than I was expecting, but that is no fault of B.K. Electric. I simply underestimated the level of construction involved when installing lights. The staff who worked on our project was courteous and professional. We greatly appreciated the meticulous attention to detail on the light placement. All of the lights are perfectly aligned according to the design. B.K. Electric offered very competitive pricing for our project. We exceeded our originally planned budget because we started with a much simpler design idea. Liron provided options for us to trim costs but we largely stuck with his original lighting design and it was well worth the extra costs. We love the flexibility in transforming the mood/mode of our space with a simple flip of a couple switches and adjustments of a couple dimmers. We highly recommend B.K. Electric and intend to use them for our future electric needs!

A++++++++ service from this company! We highly recommend B.K. Electric and Liron. Liron and B.K. Electric are at the top of the heap of home service providers. We would not call anyone else to perform electrical work on our home. To summarize B.K's service, I received an immediate response to my initial inquiry. Alexis, who arranges appointments for B.K. and listens to customers' requests, returned my call within 1/2 hour and knew exactly what I meant as I ineptly described different electrical concerns. She was able to get me on the schedule without much of a wait and gave me a price range as well (quite reasonable) for the laundry list I had set forth. On the date of my appointment, Liron and his helper (Victor I believe) were very prompt, arriving at 8 a.m. sharp. They waited patiently as I showed them the various projects and then set right to work. Other electricians we have had to our home have not had a great understanding of the particularities of a low voltage system, but Liron did not even pause. They did everything thoughtfully and well, asking me questions to ensure that everything was done to my liking (e.g., did I want the sconce light to face upwards or downwards; what power light bulb did we want in the shower light). They cleaned up the work spaces as they went as well, including removing old fixtures and disposing of them. The tricky part of our work order was getting the pool and spa lights to work and to confirm that the grounding was done correctly. Liron and his helper spent quite a while thinking about the wiring by our pool and devising the most effective way to rewire the lights so that they would work and be properly grounded. They were not hurried to leave, even though they were being paid by job, not by the hour. After they completed all the projects I had laid out, Liron walked our entire property with me, looking at the outdoor electrical and giving me advice on future electrical updates to consider. Liron is an expert electrician and enjoys a challenge. I encourage anyone seeking excellent electrical work to call this company!

Liron from B.K. Electric came out to give me an estimate and explained all of the details. I had several questions and Liron answered all of them and made me feel really comfortable. On the date that we scheduled, Liron and his men arrived on time. They stayed until they finished the installation, then cleaned-up thoroughly. Liron checked the service panel several times to make sure that it was working properly. B.K. electric did a great job and I would certainly refer them to all my friends, family and associates.

I must say I only work from referrals I do a lot of home flipping myself so I know the business. I got a referral from a contractor who was is the middle of a commercial job with bk electric. He gave me Liron's phone number and we scheduled a meeting he made an effort to meet me after 6pm to discuss which I find really helpful with my busy schedule. Liron was very straight to the point and with no pressure gave me a price after going room by room gave me a complete breakdown of what I needed. His office sent me the quotation the very next day. He told me "Aric, I am not cheap I have quality work and a long client list to show for it I want you to trust me. You may get a $11,000 estimate and you are free to make your choice but I know my company, my crews and my work." I said to him, "great man you got the job." I loved his honesty what other contractor would say he man go get another price and its fine if you do not use my services. Lirons work is exceptional, clean and detailed. His office took care of all the city inspections and e mailing me the results. Inspections were passed the first time and everything went smooth. I am not a fan of writing reviews, but in my 25 years in this business I think I need to start writing some especially for the contractors that really deserve a good one. If you are looking for a straight up honest electrical company call these guys up.

Cost ended up being three times more than original estimate. Service man didn't have proper tools requiring us the additional cost and time to drain the pool.

They did a great job and I really appreciated the fact that they had to order something for us and that they were still able to complete the job in a timely manner and it did not delay us moving back into our bedroom. I will definitely call on BK Electric again as we continue to make changes in our home.

Initial visit for estimate was cordial and professional. Work began same day, and when necessary to return to complete various tasks, there were no delays, in consideration of the fact that owner was without cooking facilities and needed them quickly. All was done professionally, timely and cordially. We needed a very detailed invoice for insurance purposes, and they accommodated us without question. Very considerate. Definitely would use them again, and highly recommend!

Overall bk electrics work is impressive. They are always on time and very neat in their work they are great for small jobs and i would highly recommend them for big jobs, because most contractors can do small jobs, but when it comes to big jobs they always cause a problem, but with Liron everything went smooth always.

They are very reliable. They have expertise and know what they are doing. They give me a fair price. The office manager is awesome when it comes to scheduling. They are always on top of things. Liron is the boss and Gerson and Victor both work for him and are also great.

From start to finish everything went smoothly Liron even took us to pick out the fixtures so that we can see exactly what we want.

I would not use this company ever again and I would recommend that you don't either. They were extremely unprofessional. I met with one of their electricians we decided all the details of the job, including the price and he said he would be there in the morning to install the recessed lights. He also said he would bring an invoice with him in the morning with all the details we had discussed. We settled on an exact price of $835. Long story short, his guys were there in the morning but he wasn't. They installed the lights and then tried to add an extra $85 charge to my bill. They said it was for an extra light switch, which I never authorized. It was a huge hassle and instead of admitting it was their mistake and just swallowing the extra cost they fought with me over it. I wasn't trying to get anything for free but I never would have authorized them to add anything to the original bill and because the main guy who sold me the job the night before never showed up like he said he was there was a lot of confusion. The guy I originally spoke to called me on the phone and basically told me that I should just pay the extra fee because I liked the job they did. This is the first negative review I have ever written. I honestly have never had a worse experience with a company. There are so many good electricians out there, find someone else.

Project manager Liron came out and gave me a detailed estimate, then came back a week later with a small crew that put it all in. Liron was a pleasure to work with; he listened to my ideas but also was informative and offered a few ideas of his own. He was also helpful with some creative lighting ideas (I think he might also be a lighting designer). I'm very happy with the work. They even let me switch out the stock bulbs for my own preference after-the-fact. One thing to be prepared for if you put in switched outlet receptacles is the need to punch into the drywall in a couple of places (small holes). Not a big deal, but you'll have to get a drywall guy out to do the repair later. I would recommend these guys to a friend.

I am very glad to write this review for this electrical company. We own a store on ventura blvd and Liron from BK ELECTRIC has been a true pleasure to work with. Him and his crew are friendly and helpful. The prices exceeded my expectations, they definetely are a company that want to keep their customers coming back. I have heard horrible stories of contractors just wanting to charge people a huge sum at once and never see them again. But this is the 4th time that B.K. Electric has come out to my store. I have already told my neighbors around me about them and whats great is that they are local and on time. They left the store perfectly clean once they finished what they needed to do. One of the guys even offered to clean the window after repairing the sign thats on the window. (very sweet of him). Again this company is great and they really know what they are doing.
