BK did a great job. They redid all my wall outlets and did not make a mess when they finished they grounded all the outlets as well. Douglas one of the foreman's was a pleasure to work with. The sub panel in my unit was outdated and he suggested and upgrade which I had been thinking of doing prior. They job was done neatly and I have already shared their info with my neighbors. Job well done!

It went well. It took them over a month to get to us. I called them right away, they seemed a little disorganized. They lady who I spoke with on the phone the first time was really frazzled and she like she had all these other things happening going on around here and she was like let me call you right back so she took my number down never called me back. I had to call them again several weeks later to try to set up another appointment. Once they got out here you know they did a good job, you know they were quick, they were efficient however I didn't like the fact that they kept on trying to up sell me.

It went well, the company wouldn't come out and accurately quote so when they arrived they found that there was more work than they originally quoted. In one instance it was too late for us to say no to the new, higher price, because they had already broken open the wall. They did not cut neat holes in the wall and left us with rough edges and holes around the outlet plates. They did complete all the work we asked them to, though, and were very transparent about their pricing. I wish they would have come out to quote first given it was a very old home and I repeatedly told them that they might run into some unexpected situations.

NO FOLLOW THROUGH ON THEIR WORD I'm 2 for 2 so far with electric companies here on Angies List so far! One company was a no show and wasted my time. This company took my call and said they were not in the office yet (it was rather late in the morning to not be there yet IMO but whatever). The person said they would call me back at a certain time but that didn't happen. As the saying goes, first impressions are lasting ones and my impression is this company probably is not reliable to do the work on my properties if they can't handle something as simple as following through with a commitment to call me back. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

The company was easy to work with, professional and very experienced. Liron, the project manager was especially very sharp and knows his stuff. He was fast and he ensured that every part of the job was completed to my satisfaction. He was very focused on the details and quality of the work being performed. We have a old 1920 duplex in a historical preservation area of Los Angeles that was way due for quite some work. The electrical wires were practically falling apart and became a fire hazard. B.K. Electrical Services was one of multiple electrical contractors who provided a bid for the job. We ended up choosing them as a combination of the professionalism, experience, competitive price and positive attitude presented and right we did. From the get go, the approval process with HPOZ and LADBS was adhered to with keeping us in the schedule loop. When the job started, their team was on time doing the work and cleaning up at the end of every day. Being that we have toddler, they too extra care in making sure the place is always clean of debris with a minimum of dust flying. We will highly recommend their professional team to anyone. We are extremely happy with the work they've done. I must say that the best part was their attitude for the job. Each of the employees were friendly and very courteous.

The electrician was amazing . He was exactly on time & great with communication. Gave me amazing efficient pricing , & made sure to finish the job quickly with quality and effort. When the done was finished , he left the work area spotless , & made sure to explain me everything that was needed to be done . Everything BK did was fast, and professional. They actually exceeded my expectations. BK replaced all of my old outlets, added recessed lighting, pendant lighting, dimmers, and a sub panel for a separate space. A++

I needed some refreshing/updating to our house we hired bk electric after being referred to us by our neighbors. They updated our sub panel to handle a higher load like our new dryer and LED lights throughout the house. The LED look amazing. New paint new lights new switches really gave the home the wow that I was looking for for a while. The guys have a great eye for design and where the lights should be place. They were very easy to work with and very friendly. The secretary ordered the crews lunch and even offered to order me some which was very kind of her. Wonderful company.

We had a wonderful experience using bk electric services. I actually found them on houzz and then checked them up on Angie's list as well. I have had some issues with things not working around the house randomly like lights dimming, or buzzing, outlets getting hot etc. I had an electrician before bk come out after 5 hours of work and charging me for that he could not figure exactly what went wrong i was kind of skeptic he told me things that did not make sense just did not seem like he knew too much about what was going on. A few weeks went by and it started happening again to make a long story much shorter i called bk and they sent out a project manager. 2 guys came over spent 1 hour checking in the attic throughout the house. They explained to me that a portion of the wires of the house were in good condition before we purchased the house there was a large addition done. but the people never updated the older wires. So a portion of the house had cloth wiring and the other portion was up to code wiring. The old wiring was causing the issues. 4 guys came for 4 days they knocked it out fast and clean. I just replace about 120 old recessed cans to updated LED recessed lights this past week. Both experiences with this company were great. i strongly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and cleanliness. Liron helped me out with pricing and approving a nice discount and Mike the project manager was great as well very helpful on job site managing over the other guys at the house working.

It was fine. I paid for what I got. They are like another company, my favorite. They just did some work for me, like, outside lights.

We just purchased a new home and bk electric services replaced all our recessed lights and upgraded them to LED lights they also changed out all our switched and outlets to newer ones they were very outdated and hung some sconces and chandeliers. We had 3 guys there for a few days they were very polite and cleaned up everyday before they left. We have 2 little kids at home and one of the guys one morning brought them some cookies which was very nice of them. Overall they did a great job and we are very pleased with the work. I would refer them to anyone looking for high end work.

Excellent work and service. He came the same day and when additional work was needed came back the next morning at no cost.

They installed the lights and left everything as it was with holes in the walls, did not repatch the holes and they left the box with all the cut outs.They then left. Other companies did more than this and we had to hire another company to repair the holes costing us an additional $350. We felt he should have included this with the deal. Sometimes only one light will go on instead of all four. We would not use them again.

We had a project manager from bk electric services come out and give us a quote on rewiring our home that we just purchased. He was very knowledgable compared to the other 3 electricians who came out. He spent over 1 hour with us detail by detail and room by room letting us know exactly what was needed and what would be up to code. They also changed out our panel and sub panel in our garage. The price was very good we got a few very high estimates and bk electric services were right in the middle. I do not like to base things on price rather quality of work and they quality of work is excellent. They are very polite and they cleaned up everyday after the work since the work took a full week. They also have a coupon for the rewire on the list which we used and was helpful.

They guy was very nice. He seemed to be very professional and knowledgeable. Then explained that he was going to have to make a lot of holes in the ceiling to pull the cords through. After he left, I thought that this is going to be such an expensive repair to have all the drywall fixed. The work was quite what I expected. I didn't think he should have made as many holes ceiling and his work was kind of sloppy.

B.K. Electrics helped me with a business I help manage. The lights are extremely bright and look really clean. Liron and his team were very quick and efficient with the job, and we are more than happy with the end results. They have an extremely busy schedule so we got our service a week after purchasing. I will be more than happy to give B.K. electrics more of my business when the time comes. Thanks for good experience.

They never returned my phone calls.

It was good all the way around with the price, punctuality, and quality. They were nice. It took an hour or two. I left them at home as I had to go to work. We had issues with the price as they wanted to charge me extra for something, but I was able to talk them out of doing that.
