I called the contractor two times and left voice messages, both times. I did not receive any call back. I'm leaving a "C" rather than an "F" because I understand that these times of Covid-19 are difficult and don't want to cause too much anguish over this review. It is very unusual for an Angie's list listing to never call back.

Went as planned. Only problem was I was told it would be about $145. It actually cost $210

I needed some low voltage work done and found BK Electric. I was happily surprised that they could come out next day. I quoted the work with another 2 companies so i actually was happy pricing was good and i was not overcharged for a smaller services. I will consider hiring them for another place i actually need some more work done at. The crew was professional and I will be in touch soon for another job. Thank you.

Called BK Electric Services and someone assisted me right away . Scheduled me in for the same day and they got the work done the same day. They are quick and professional. Never dealt with an easier company. Definitely recommend

Unfortunately, as much as the individual people, the office assistant & multiple electricians, were generally kind and tried to be helpful, I was manipulated into paying for all the services I hoped to have done, but then after 4 visits, they never find out the problem or fix the real emergency. They sent multiple electricians and tried to charge me for this, when it took 2-3 people the same amount of time to do what 1 person could do, and yet they still never fixed the problems. After refusing to call them a 5th time, I hired a new electrician who immediately found the problem, fixed it, and charged me a fraction of the cost. Fortunately their office manager was very helpful and did their best to try and facilitate me getting a refund for what I paid. The owners still were not accommodating on the disapointing service, and proper refund. I would not recommend them.

Couldn't get a quote 10 days after the visit - several project around the house, main being Landscape lighting They did quick fix on my gate lights and that was $$$.

Never showed up, finally got ahold of them 2 hours past window and was told they weren't going to come out. Don't know what happened, but wasted a day off from work waiting for nothing.

When the crew arrived (one electrician and two helpers), Gustavo told me that I should replace all of the switches because they were old. He said the charge would be $1800. Fortunately, my long-term housekeepers were with me yesterday (a couple), so I had Gustavo explain his reasoning to them. They took me aside and said he was not telling the truth, that the part that needed replacement would be about $35 at Home Depot and I should not sign on to have anything else replaced. When I conveyed that message to Gustavo, he said he would "look in his truck for a switch that would fit." It will come as no surprise that he couldn't find that switch, but he did find another switch that would work. It took him approximately 5 minutes to install the switch. Gustavo told me the charge would be $750. Yes, you read that correctly. When I refused to pay that amount (the service charge quoted to me by Alexis was $85), he said he could reduce it to $650. When I refused to pay that amount and demanded to speak to Alexis, she was not available. Gustavo then asked me "what do you want to pay." He ended up demanding $450 with a veiled threat not to put the rest of the parts back together unless I paid. I charged this amount and intend to report them to all appropriate agencies. This was a shakedown.

The 2 man crew from BK Electric came out on time. They were professional and clean. The worked hard for 3 hours trouble shooting the problem but could not find a solution. This afternoon I found an outlet with a GFI that was behind a large box in the garage and I reset the GFI and fixed the problem. I do not fault the BK crew, but I do feel the service charge was high given the fact that they were unable to fix my problem.

The electricians from BK Electric were very knowledgeable, professional and skilled. They did a great job and left the site very clean. Although it was 5 hours of work, pretty sure I overpaid for the job but did not shop estimates because they could get the job done that same day. I would recommend shopping estimates to determine if their price is competitive. When asked if I would hire again the answer is really “maybe.” I would shop price before hiring.

Fantastic. I was called within minutes of my Angie's List quote request. Tech arrived within 20 minutes of the call. Leland was knowledgeable and very nice. The price was more than reasonable.

Very Well. Leyland from B&K was a pleasure to deal with and his crew were also great. He was able to help me with DWP and relocating my panel that was grandfathered into its old position. I would highly recommend them and will call them if I want to add anything else.

B.K. Electric did a fantastic job. Liron and his crew were all very knowledgeable and efficient. They made the whole process of upgrading my electrical panel very easy. They also upgraded some of the lighting fixtures in the house. Overall the price was right and the work was exceptional. They were both punctual and professional. I would definitely use them again.

I wish we would have found Liron sooner. The electrician we hired prior abandoned the job thankfully he did not do too much. Long story short Lirons sent a crew in for the rescue. They were fantastic they finished the job in 3 days when the previous electrician said it would take 7 to 10 days. Liron is wonderful and is very responsive via text and phone calls.

Seamless! They took care of city permits and inspections. The crew was very professional and maintained a very clean worksite. I highly recommended them.
