Description of Work: The service was never performed. The customer rep, Alexis, was not professional on the phone. She did not return calls on a promised date. When she did return the call on another day, I can tell from the tone of her voice, she was stressed and I felt I was pressured to get the time she wanted it done at her convenience. After I agreed, I called back 20 mins later asking her to reschedule it for another day. Alexis text me telling me the crew were on their way after she had told me earlier that they were coming within a two hour window. At the time I called to change the date, I had enough time to reschedule without knowing they were on their way. The appointment was two hours later. From the tone of the conversation, it appeared she was upset and told me the Angie's List special would be refunded. This was a negative experience.

Description of Work: On 8/16/2015 I placed telephone order for $150 of electrical services for $100 (two minor items). On same date, I received confirmation and order no. For this work via email. I was contacted by b k via email and advised to call them to schedule the work but was given no contact phone no. Or email address. Angie's list customer service provided me with b k's no., 877-425-7755, which I called. The b k customer service person informed me the coupon I had purchased (described above) was no longer valid and was only usable by customers in the San Fernando valley area of LA. The b k rep was trying her best to accommodate me for over two days and finally suggested to me earlier today that I should seek a refund through angie's list as apparently there was a conflict between b k and angie's list regarding the expiration of the coupon I ordered from. An angie's list rep provided me with the phone no. of a comparable company, adi electric, to do the work needed as well as form to initiate refund process for $100 from b k transaction. I have left message with adi to schedule an appointment to do the work. That's where matters are at the present.

Description of Work: The gentleman who came out to do the work were very professional and quick to install 4 fixtures. The price paid for the service seemed a bit excessive, especially considering the fact that this was a big buy on Angie's List. We needed the work done in a hurry, so we were not disappointed at all by the job done...only the price!

Description of Work: Liron was great, responsive, did good electrical work. He moved the electrical panel. My contractor was an idiot and so I had to work directly with BK and I was happy with my experience, I would recommend them.
