Attic Masters insulation Services

I hired Attic masters to replace and fix the rat problem that we had at the attic. We had that problem for a while now and we needed to fix it. We called several companies for that job and at the end, we hired this company. Adam was the person that came over and did his inspection. He was able to find the cause for that problem and he gave us a good estimate for that work. His work took 2 days including the repair of the problem. He was honest with us and we are happy with the work that he did. During the whole work, they made sure to leave a clean space and to spray the attic with chemicals that left good smell as well.

I hired Attic Masters to do an energy efficiency job at my house. The job included work in the attic, crawlspaces and major insulation at the garage. I’m happy with the overall service that I got from Adam and his company Attic Masters. The first consultation meeting was very productive and honest than the other companies that I met. I felt very secure with Adam's knowledge and the quality of his initial assessment. The overall work got increased as i decided that I wanted to do more work than originally planned. All the people that worked at my house (total of 3) were cooperative and the project rolled out easily. Adam did a wonderful amount of research about some things that were not usual. I wanted new insulation, new walls and more efficiency. After all the research that Adam did and the consultation he provided me with, we moved forward with the agreed upon plan and it was executed well. Adam and his team were willing to come over as needed for small finishing touches, questions, and more... He definitely went above and beyond on multiple occasions.

The work that Attic masters did at my house went well and without any problem. Adam gave me a good price for the replacement of all the insulation at the attic due to so many old problems that i had including some holes that caused small animals to get in. The work that they did took 1 day and the workers came over on time and did the work without any complains or changes of prices. i'm happy with them and i do recommend them.

My contractor did some work at my house and he recommended me to hire a company that can come over and replace all the insulation at my attic. After my research, i came across this company. they came over and gave me a good estimate for the replacement. The work was done fast and in 1 day. I'm very happy with the work that they did.

It all went very well. The team arrived on time and was very professional. They took very good care to protect the area. They cleaned out the attic and vacuumed as well. Lastly, the insulation was laid. The whole process took about 5 to 6 hours on one day.

We had a Great experience with this company... Due to several problems with our attic, we started with an online search. We had the usual drill of leaving voice mail and then no return call etc. We eventually ended up with few estimates, which were all not good for us (price wise or attitude). Attic Masters stood out as being particularly responsive, and while their estimate wasn’t the cheapest but they seemed to have the highest experience, so we went with them. After we hired them, the crew of 2 people came to our house on time, they worked the whole day and they cleaned up after themselves and they left. Upbeat and friendly crew. We highly recommend this company.

This company is great! no problems and no issues before, during and after the work was completed. They came over on the day and time to inspect and check the attic and were able to provide me a solution to the attic problem that i had for a while now. It appears that the attic had a hole that caused birds to get in and to do their things which caused bad smell and more problems. Attic masters cleaned everything, replaced the bad sections of insulation and spry it with a chemical that eliminate the bad smell.

Job went well, despite having to reschedule a followup with a week delay. Crew was hard working, punctual. Cleanup was very good. Marlon was informative. Job was the lowest bid. Good closure by Marlon for final details. Work delivered as expected.

The initial representative from the company that came out to give me an estimate was very professional, wore shoe covers and appeared to care about my home, this is the reason I felt comfortable with hiring the company. When the workers showed up to do the work, no shoe covers and no real professionalism like I initially felt from the beginning. They came in and removed all the old insulation via vacuum hoses and then started to install the new insulation. Every thing went ok or at least I thought it did. A few weeks later I was in my attic working on some plumbing lines when I noticed some of the old insulation was still in my attic. Upon further inspection, I discovered that almost half of my attic still had the old insulation, the company just installed new insulation on top of the old stuff. I was very specific with the initial rep that I wanted all of the old insulation removed because of rodent contamination and that is what I paid for. I was very disappointed to find that the old insulation was still there, I felt that I was misled. I contact the company and asked to speak to a manager who ultimately said they would send the same guys back to inspect the work. Why would you send the same guys that did the work to check on themselves? When they came back, they tried to pretend that they didn't know what they had done or not done previously. I had to get in the attic and show them the old insulation. After I showed them, they got on the phone and called the manager, I assume telling that they got busted. The manager authorized them to fix the issue, so they setup again and started removing the insulation. After Hearing a loud noise, I started to walk around and see what was going on, the workers were moving quickly to try and cover up what had happened. One of the workers had fallen through my ceiling and insulation was all over my bedroom. They were trying to clean it up before I found out, it was a huge mess and my ceiling had a huge hole in it. I was furious and asked them to just leave my home, they called the manager and he said he was going to send someone to fix my ceiling and install more insulation in my attic. I told him that I didn't want any of his workers back in my home and that I would have it fixed myself, he agreed to pay for the repairs and said that he would send a check to cover the repairs. Here it is now over 6 months later and I still have not received a check or even a follow up call. I would not use this company again and I would not recommend anyone to use their services, buyer beware!

The job itself was completed to satisfaction. Everything requested was done. The initial inspection estimate was very quick and straight-forward. They were responsive initially. On the day of, what I assume was the supervisor, showed up on time with the workers. I was not given a phone call in advance as was promised but that was fine. Once done, they cleaned up their equipment, tools, trash and any leftover supplies though they left behind 2 items which I had to grab and run to them as they were about to leave. Also, my front yard had scraps of insulation scattered around, dirt tracks left on the sidewalk leading from front porch and a small pile of dirt/dust left on our driveway. During the day, 1 of the workers took it upon themselves to use my outdoor faucet to cool off a few times. I was okay with them doing it. I just would've preferred to be asked first. Towards the end of the job, 1 worker asked to use my restroom which was fine. The other 2 proceeded to use it after him without asking. The last one to use it did not leave it the way it was found: the sink had water splashed all around it, the clock radio on the counter was unplugged for some reason and a couple of bottles were knocked over. Also, one of the bathroom rugs was upturned, the toilet paper roll was empty and there was some dirt tracked on the floor. Very unprofessional. I sent them an e-mail with this information and gave them a couple days to respond but they have not which is why I'm posting this review here. In summary, in my experience, they get the job done and the initial contact (scheduling, estimate) was fine but their workers are not the most professional.

Jacob was great. He showed up on time for the inspection appointment, did a thorough inspection, wrote up a quote, and they started work the next day. Jose and the crew came at 8:30, did all the above, and finished at 2:30. They were extremely clean in protecting the inside of our home, and did all the work in a very professional and respectful manner. I would definitely recommend this company and would hire them again for similar work.

The crew arrived in time and completed the work in one day. They put up plastic sheeting to protect the area inside the residence and cleaned up after they completed the work.

After a thorough inspection by Jacob all services were spelled out clearly, a contract was concluded and confirmed by email. The crew arrived on the agreed upon date and time. They covered the carpeting with plastic where the vacuum hose was to go. They removed all the old insulation, bagged it, and removed it neatly. They next vacuumed the entire attic, including hard to reach areas. They filled rodent entry points with either screen or cement and sprayed disinfectant throughout the area. They then re-installed new R38 insulation and a new exhaust fan. I inspected the area after each step of the procedure and found everything done to my satisfaction. I would, and have, recommended Attic Masters to others.

Attic Masters was great from the get go. They answered the telephone when I first called (not all contractors did), and scheduled an estimator to come out a few days later. Asher, the estimator, was extremely nice, professional and thorough. The price was very reasonable compared to another bid I had received and I hired them as soon as Asher gave me the bid. The installation team was fantastic. Ronald, who lead the crew, was courteous and professional and very accommodating as to how to do the installation to cause as little disruption as possible. They thoroughly taped off everything and created a plastic tunnel so no dust or debris would float around. After the first day (it was a three day installation), you could not tell anyone had even been working in the house. The rest of the job went as smoothly. The crew clearly worked very hard.

After we completed several remodeling projects at the house, We got a great deal from Attic Masters to install the new insulation at the attic. Our handymen people did all the removal of the old insulation and prepared the space for the new one. We spoke to Attic Masters in order to get an estimate and the office sent to our house 2 people that came over and saw the work that need to be done. As part of the work that they did, They offered us to check the attic for any posibble opening that can cause animals to get inside. The work that they did included covering 2 holes and seal any air gap that was at the attic.

Marcus and his helper cleaned the attic from anything that shouldn't be there. In the past, we also had a problem with rats and birds that got into the attic via open hole that we had. Marcus did a good job by cleaning the attic and then replacing some of the insulation and covered all the possible holes that can cause birds and other animals to get in to the attic. Very good people and nice work. The customer service at the main office was helpful as well. They guided us with things that we should know and do in order to detect such a problem in the future.

We had a problem for a while and we had to take care of it and replace the current insulation with new one. We tried to contact several companies for that job and after talking and meeting with several companies, we hired Attic Masters for that work. The reason for our decision was, that this company sounded reliable and when we called, someone answered and gave us a good service. Also Juan came over to our house on the date and time frame that was given to us by the office. The work that Juan did was good. He came with 2 additional workers that at first, they removed the old one and prepared the space for the new insulation. On the second day, all they did was placing the new insulation after spraying the empty attic with some chemicals that according to them, will leave a good smell and will prevent any additional problem in the future. The price for that work was very comparable compare to the other companies that gave us estimate (some even didn?t bother to give an estimate).

This company gives what they sell! Me and my husband hires Attic masters to come over and check the attic for any openings that can cause big problems in the future. Juan was the person that came over and checked the attic and recommended us to do it due to the age of the house and the shape of the attic. His work was completed the same say and the price was normal as well. Juan was also able to give us a warranty for 1 year for his job. I will use Juan again if i will need to.

We received a good deal from Attic masters to replace the insulation in the attic. This project was a necessity because we had a problem in the attic from some rats that got into the attic and stayed there. Juan and his assistance came and checked the attic and did the work from start to finish. Juan did a lean work and we are happy that he could finish it within 1 day.

I received a call from their office and i asked them to come over and check my attic. When they inspect my attic, they showed me some pictures of the attic and he recommended me to replace small part of the insulation. The price that he gave me was good and i allowed Jose to replace it. It was a 4 hours job and Jose did a great job and mainly without a mess.

Jose and his assistance did a great job at my house by cleaning and sealing the attic. It was not an easy task to find a company that can do this job and be honest at the same time. My past experience is not good but this time i had to do a good research before hiring a company for that type of work. Jose came over to my house after i scheduled a meeting with the main office. He came and looked at the attic and provide me with some live photos from my attic. After he explained to me the problem, he was able to give me an estimate for that work. After i approved the work, He than returned to my house the following day and did the work that took (3 days).

I called Attic Masters to come over and check the ducts at my house. The office shceudled me an appointment with Jose. Jose came over, checked the attic and recommended me to replace the ducts with new ones due to the fact that the existing ducts are old and not efficient. The Price that Jose gave me was good so I approved the work. Jose and his worker came back after 2 days with all the materials and did the job. They worked clean and professional, which I appriciates. It took them 2 days to complete the work. First day to remove all the old ducts and prepare the attic for the new ducts, and the second day for the installation.

Attic masters worked at my house adding insulation to the walls in the garage and covered them with drywall. Their price was within our budget and we heard good things about them as well. Juan and his team of 3 additional workers did the whole job and they worked each day till they finished it. The office personal were good too. They were very flex with us in regards to the work hours and days. We do recommend this company and mainly juan.

Great service! Called the office of attic masters because its been a while that we had a bad smell in the attic and we wanted to solve this problem. The person at the office, sent to our house Juan. Juan came over and checked the attic and recommended us to replace the insulation. He said that this will solve the problem once and for all. His estimate was good and not expensive. The work that they did (3 people in total) took 3 days from start to finish. Their work was clean and everything came out from the attic inside trash bags. The new insulation was installed the last day.

They came on time and did what they should do! the technician came on the time frame that we got from the office and he did the work without any problem. The work was very clean and they made sure to clean everything after they completed the work. I will definitely use them in the future! The 2 days work includes the removal of the old insulation and the cleaning of the attic with all the dirt and stuff. and the second day, they brought the new insulation and the work was completed.
