Description of Work: Excellent. A bit pricey, but when shown a competitors bid, did not hesitate to negotiate and modify their price (still higher than competitors, but worth it). Totally sanitized and rodent-proofed attic sealing shut all possible entries for critters, installed upgraded insulation after removal of old, contaminated padding, and removed old, leaking air conditioner & heating duct work and installed new, improved ducts which improved our a/c & heating remarkably and immediately. Did not hesitate to come back and spend another hour and a half to seal attic-rodent entry spaces they missed. They had a complete crew of workers on site which made completion of this big job as speedy as possible.

Description of Work: Very reliable. Their work caused the electricity to go out in about a quarter of our house, but they got a licensed electrician who spent a day and a half here to fix the problem; they asked for no additional money for the electrician. Of course, we'd prefer as I'm sure they would've too they didn't disturb our ancient wiring so much that it caused such an outage, but the clean up of all evidence of rodents, removal of all old insulation, removal of all old a/c/heating duct work, installation of upgraded new insulation, installation of upgraded a/c duct work, sanitizing the attic, and rodent proofing the attic were tasks very well done. We IMMEDIATELY noticed a great improvement in the flow of warm air and a/c due to the new duct work. Also, they stand by their work; just came out last week to check on roof openings another firm's worker found and they came out and closed the three small fissures no questions asked.

Description of Work: They cleaned the attic and filled in all holes around the house, rodent proofed, installed bat insulation, cleaned out under the house, applied mold proofing. They were very professional, protected the house, cleaned up after themselves, and finished all of this in a timely manner. I was very pleased with them. All the things they said they would do were done.

Description of Work: They cleaned and vacuumed our entire attic, getting rid of old insulation and debris from roof repair. They then laid in all new insulation and installed an attic fan for better air circulation. |They were incredibly professional and even helped me get the proper paperwork ready for a state rebate. Incredibly professional and punctual, which is very important to us. I would def recommend them and use them again.

Description of Work: Took out old insulation, sanitized, and put in new installation. The process was very quick; it was estimated as two days but they finished in one day. Removal of the old insulation was a massive tube that ran through the house, but the workers had placed protective materials on the floor and had sealed off the entire workspace with plastic. I appreciated that the salesmen who arrived originally to give me the estimate did not give me a hard sell and talked through all the scenarios and materials they could use to finish the job. Took advantage of a special they were running as well on Angie's List which brought the price down a bit.

+ 0 moreWe had several companies that came by our house and gave us estimate for replacing several ducts including to clean all the ducts in my house. The estimate of Attic master was very good compare to the other ones and I hired them. The work took 2 days in which on the first day, they came and made a list of all the parts that they need. The following morning, they came back and did the work. The 3 technicians worked all day and they did a great job. They also were very nice and professional. We felt the different after the work was completed.

I originally wanted to blow in R3 cellulose however their rep talked me out of it and we went with the Batting. Iam very glad I chose them the job was done at a very high level. The house feels much cooler and the air smells much fresher than before very glad I chose them and glad I had this task finally done.

Attic master came over to check and see what do we need and how much will it cost us. after inspection of the attic, they told me that it will be better to replace the whole insulation instead of the part that we needed. it took them a full day to do that. first they went up to the attic with a vacuum and took out the old one. than with a special machine, they spree all over the attic, the new insulation. They worked clean and everything was done from their van that was parked in the driveway.

Attic masters came over and did the cleaning. they sent 2 technicians that worked for several hours cleaning and having a machine connected to it in order to make sure that all is good. they also checked for any thing that will require us to replace anything in the ducts. we are happy with the price and the end results.

He then passed me over to Johnathan who is a insulation expert . He sound very knowledgeable and told me they could send someone to give me a fre quote. So I had them come over . Indeed, not only they did my attic insulation but we also needed serious cleaning. the price was very reasonable . The team arrived at 10 am sharp as promised and covered all the walls and furniture around. I t was great because I was worried about the furniture . The results were amazing . Highly recommend them!!

+ -1 moreRonald and his crew came over to my house to check the attic for problems with the insulation that we had for a while. The attic is approximately 2000 sq/ft. The estimate was in the range of the price that we wanted to pay and less than the other 2 ones that we got before. The people that came to work at my house were very nice and professional. we didn't have any problem with them during the work. at the end of the work they even cleaned the dust that was around the entry to the attic. i recommend them for any work that type and appreciate the work,\ they did, i also would like to mention that they came on time as we were told so no problems there too.
