+ -1 moreAfter a few frustrating experiences with various other companies, I came across Bob's name. We spoke on the phone and he came to see the project that same day. He explained things thoroughly and provided suggestions in a very professional manner. He was meticulous in his measurements and in all manner of communication throughout the process. He coordinated and supervised the manufacture of the alarm screens and made sure that they were done right. Once the screens were done, he took extra steps to install them in a way that would be simple and efficient for the security monitoring company to hook them up to our alarm panel. I highly recommend him.
