Description of Work: Twice as Nice cleans carpets and also repairs stone floors that includes marble, travertine, granite and wood. Roby Harris arrived at my house on time with his equipment and proceeded to hone and buff my badly etched and pitted travertine. By the time Roby was ready to leave, the etches were completely gone and the floor the floor was glistening. The work was beautifully done at a very reasonable price.

Description of Work: I had been using a store bought carpet cleaner for many years as I have very light carpets and have a son and pets. Every time I would clean the carpets with my machine, it would look great but within a week the old stains would reappear like magic. I talked to Roby (the owner) and he asked me questions on what I had been keeping the carpet s clean. He knew just what to do and my carpets looked great when he was done. I was thrilled but was waiting for the old stains to reappear but so far they haven't and it's been over two months since he cleaned the carpets. He explained to me about the different carpet cleaners on the market and based on their ingrediants what happens when you use them. He also had bottles of carpet cleaners (spot cleaners) that I was able to purchase from him so I could use the right type of cleaner when doing spots in the future. I get ads all the time for cheap carpet cleaning in the newspaper coupon section but will never use any one but Twice as Nice because the name of his company said it all for me. PS Obviously I am not a person that writes reviews (it's been two months since his service) but if ever one was deserved it was his company. He stands by his work and he is an exceptionally nice person to work with. If I had a slogan it would say "forget the rest and use the best" - Twice as Nice!!!!
