+ -1 moreRoy came and checked the units on site. Took two back to his shop to work on at night when our business didn't need them. Fixed them, brought them back, and reinstalled them. He set up an external back up system, and fixed the wireless system so my wife could use the laptop in the home while babysitting.
Description of Work: Roy healed our virus laden computers (4), sped them up, made them stronger, wirelessly set up a weird place in our home where 3 other computer geeks were unable to make it work, set up a secure system for us.
