Would have gotten 5 stars but came 2 hours late. Otherwise very professional and courteous. Did the job quickly and did it well. I would definitely hire Art again and would recommend him without reservations.

I initially contacted Art for an estimate to install carpet in three bedrooms and stairs. Upon inspection of my carpets he volunteered that I actually did not need to replace the carpet on my stairs and offered to repair and clean the stairs instead. He returned the next day with his talented son and performed a true miracle; when he left, the carpet on my stairs looked new. He will return to work on my bedroom floors. I highly recommend Art, he is a true professional with integrity.

THANK GOD FOR THESE GUYS! Art called me RIGHT back after my request for service and was here the NEXT day at 11am to do the job! I rent a house and have to move out in a week and when i pulled up my main room carpet, there were very dark pee stains in the wood yikes. he came, he sanded, he stained, he conquered! looks PERFECT. I have already saved his # in my phone under "new wood guy" he's your man. (and he loves country music so if he comes over, put it on and he will do a spectacular job!) very VERY very happy with the service. Also very reasonably priced!

I called several carpet companies, including the one I purchased my carpet from, and was told my berber carpet couldn't be repaired! I looked for help on the internet and found HomeAdvisor. Art Service & Carpet Cleaning was listed and came with good recommendations. I was SO impressed with Art and his son JR! They are very helpful, courteous, and reasonable! When I called Art, he told me he was fairly sure he could fix it but would need to see it. He was available to come the next business day. When he looked at the problem, he smiled and said no problem; it will take a few minutes to fix . . . AND HE DID! It looks PERFECT!

I can't recommend him highly enough! I had him fix a damaged corner of my subfloor, replace part of a wall, stretch all the carpets in the house, and fix the leaky kitchen sink. He did great work, at a reasonable price, and was as nice as can be. I'll definitely hire him for my next project!

Art was very helpful - he contacted me in minutes after my request for service. I needed to put carpet on top of carpet. Nobody else would touch the job because they said it couldn't be done. He did the job in December '12 and I waited 6 weeks before writing my rating because I wanted to see if the job would last.
