+ -1 moreWhen the system broke they charged my double the hourly fee to come out and fix it because I had refused to pay a bill for the terrible service and loss of my water.
Description of Work: I used weeks to up grade a well system. They sold me a very expensive filtration system for a well and tank that was already in place. The filtration system was set up to dump 300 gallons a day to back wash the system. This part of the system was installed without my knowledge and for the first time in 15 years my well ran dry. Of course this went on for a year or more till it was discovered by another contractor.

+ 0 moreI have always been very satisfied with them. They have always been on time. We had to move our well because the casing rusted through so they found a new location. They had to go lower because there was a septic tank about it. They handled everything with the county. They come when I have problems. They have replaced pumps in the past. They have always done a good job and they come right away. I haven't compared their prices but I think they are reasonable.
Description of Work: I use Weeks Drilling & Pump for my plumbing and well problems. They maintain my well. They dug our well 20 years ago. I have a UV light that sanitizes water because I was not able to get rid of bacteria. They come out once a year to change the bulb and clean it and they were here yesterday to do that.

+ -1 moreThey were not really careful about the oak tree. If you care about you're environment, a driller is not going to be really careful about that sort of thing. You're pretty much on your own to make sure that things are taken care of in that respect. They do not do a very good job cleaning up afterwords.
Description of Work: They came on the property and set up a drill rig under an oak tree. They drilled for water, but did not find water.
