+ -1 moreJohn Rich and his crew were awesome. They were very professional and very courteous. Every step of the process was thoroughly explained. John went far beyond the scope of the job to make sure it was just perfect. He even had the forethought to check the area for the gas line and moved the new leech lines so they would not interfere with the gas line. This was my first experience in doing something like this and I was so glad to have John's knowledge and professionalism for this project.
Description of Work: The septic tank was pumped. New leech lines and distribution boxes were installed.

+ -1 moreThis is the second time John Rich has replaced an old septic system for us. The first was on a rental house that is on the same property as our residence. They were pleasant, efficient and reasonably priced on the first project, and there have been no issues with the first system in 9 years, so we went back for a second helping. Our second experience was the same as the first in every respect. The system went in as planned and the house was only without functioning toilets and drains for about 4 hours. The new connections are far superior to the old ones and they installed appropriate cleanouts where there had been none before. I cannoy recommend them highly enough. Excellent service and value.
Description of Work: John Rich installed a septic system and leach field to replace the inadequate 50 year old system in our primary residence.
