He rearranged some other appointments to come help because my refridge had stopped working. Was here within the hour I called and left a message. Refrigerator is still working. Thanks Mike!

I spoke to Mark. He was just the greatest guy. I left him a message and he called me right back. It might have been on a Sunday or the weekend. There was something wrong with my refrigerator and I called him and over the phone he just walked me through the things that I should check on the refrigerator and have me do a few different things and it got it working again and he didn't charge me anything. He also further educated me on various refrigerators that I was looking at buying. I really liked his old-fashioned service model to make an extra effort and see if they can walk you through it and not charge you for it; nobody does that anymore.
Description of Work: Mark from Grift's Appliance & Classic Range Service walked me through the steps I should take to get my broken refrigerator working; free-of-charge, over the phone.

Mark was great, he was entertaining and he took the stove apart in front of us and showed us how to do everything from start to finish so that if we wanted to do it ourselves, we could. He was very helpful. He left everything in great shape and cleaned up very well.
Description of Work: We have an old wedge wood gas burning stove and we wanted to have it cleaned and adjusted so they did that for us.
