 + -1 moreHe has not yet performed the work yet, he is supposed to come in next week. I purchased the toilets at Home Depot, and they have subcontractors that install the toilets for them, but the price they quoted me was considerably higher, so this is a much more reasonable quote.

 + 0 moreCurtis was very nice and patient. He was very positive about our DIY screw-ups and even showed us where we went wrong. He explained how to fix the problems ourselves if they come up again in the future. This is above and beyond what I expect from service personnel. In stead of just "getting the job done" he made it personal by helping us out in many ways.
Description of Work: Curtis fixed our DIY projects, including the drainage under the kitchen sink, the leaking toilet tank a loose knob in the shower and bathroom faucet. He also snaked the kitchen and bathroom drains.

 + -1 moreWhen I asked, they advised they charge by the job and not by the hour. Last time I used a plumber for such work, they were here for 1 hour and charged $475. The plumber I've selected said they didn't get on the flat rate bandwagon, that it is really unfair to the customer.
Description of Work: I called the company to schedule a pipe leak repair and replacement of shower valves.
