 + -1 moreHe did repair it, and the workers told us there were not enough screws put in originally. The company went bankrupt.
Description of Work: My husband asked the house painter to arrange for new gutters and they used Sun and Rain. Subsequently, one the gutters fell off and the owner, Junior, tried to blackmail us into having a "service contract." I told him he would repair the gutter at no cost or we would sue him.

 + -1 moreThe Gutters had been cleaned by the gardener the week before, but they tacked on a $200 fee for cleaning 20 feet of already clean gutter while putting in proper bolts to fix the poor initial installation that they did. There was no written estimate given for this. The owner of the company came over and was so aggressive that he was asked to leave and not come back. The bill was settled with a compromise of paying for work not done to get rid of them.
Description of Work: Repair incorrectly installed gutter that was not draining properly. The supporting bolts were not put in and the gutter sagged causing water overflow the gutter rather than drain. An estimate was given for the repair since the installation was old. The workmen who gave the estimate said that the gutter was incorrectly installed not knowing that their company did it.
