+ -1 moreNathan is the owner and he is very honest. I like him. He is a good guy. He was very conscientious. He shows up and gets the work done. I've used him before. I didn't look around for pricing. The quality of his work was perfect. It was a hard job because he had to work around a tenant that was there. He got the work done in a timely fashion and I was really pleased. He is highly professional.
Description of Work: I used Monterey Bay Builders to do tile work.

+ 5 moreI spent about $21,000 on the project. They were extremely punctual. They cleaned up after themselves every single day, which was wonderful. If there was a problem, they would let me know before they would work on it. They always gave me alternatives. They broke up the cost. They were very flexible in terms of payment. I wanted to pay after a job was done. So, they would give me an estimate and if I was happy with the work, I would give them a check. It worked like clockwork. I was blown away at how great they worked. I have recommended them to others and I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Monterey Bay Builders, four months ago. They did some general remodeling work in the house I had bought. They also did flooring, painting, and remodel of a fireplace. They redid the fireplace which included tile work, brick work, and demolition. They also removed kitchen counters, kitchen cabinets and replaced them.
