+ -1 moreCalled the 831-917-7748 number listed on 6/2 and left a message detailing the work needed and requesting a return call. Never got a call back. On a follow-up attempt 6/12, I received a message that the voice mail inbox for this provider was full and could not take any new messages, so apparently I am not the prospective customer he is ignoring. Not sure what the story here is, but this is the second local and quot;handymanand quot; listing I've tried that was completely unresponsive—Angie's List needs to do a far better job removing providers who are no longer active or in business.
Description of Work: Contacted provider looking for someone to replace/install a new exterior door and frame for a backyard studio.

Description of Work: Luca is very competent and personable. He performed a variety of household maintenance tasks and all turned out fine. He usually does larger jobs, but never mentioned a problem with my smaller requirements. Anyone who uses his services should be happy.

+ 3 moreEverything was as expected. As I allude in the jog description, Luca was open minded and great with suggestions on how to deal with long standing issues with the house that didn't cost and arm and a leg.
Description of Work: Luca was recommended by my painter Brian Stock. When he found out I wanted to place a Pergo type product in my kitched he suggested Luca who appeared an hour after my phone call. Luca helped me select and purchase and then installed a new kitchen floor. In addition to that he did a huge number of little jobs that had been niggling me for years. Everything from sticking doors and gates to installing quarter round in places there should have been. He has great initiative and is a pleasure to be around.
