+ -1 moreThe main thing is, he is such a good problem solver. He thinks outside of the box and comes up with wonderful ideas. He is skilled in all of trades. He is very accountable if something goes wrong. He is also reasonably priced. I plan on using him again in the future.
Description of Work: He’s a general contractor. I do property management so I have gone through a lot of contractors. He worked for me from November 2010 until March of 2011. He remodeled two apartment units. In the remodel he completed extensive carpentry work, painting and appliance installation in an older building.
