Description of Work: Called and left a voicemail re: soft water replacement. No response. Called again 2 days later and again went to voicemail. Again no response. Ended up replacing the system with Culligan. For a large company, surprised that they were so unresponsive.

Unfortunately you may have called the wrong company as we do not have voicemail or an answering machine.There are 4 different companies on the peninsula with "Wilson" in the name, and it's commonly mixed up. After our office staff leaves, we have a live voice answering service. Perhaps you might have the days you called, and I can check with them?
