Got a quote for a price, hired him because of the quote then he did the work, too pictures which was nice, I am not checking my gutters, but then added cost for screens (ok) and because they were clogged- i told him they were clogged on the initial quote, so an upcharge for that was too late to fight and was not exactly fair.

Luis Martinez called me on the morning I requested a quote. He gave me a quote over the phone I felt was good, scheduled a same day service. He arrived within 5 minutes (early) of the appointment, and did a great job. Very personable, and I would highly recommend.

Easy to talk to and came as promise. Explained why gutters are clogged and what needs to be done. Hopefully the gutter won't leak anymore. But he guaranteed it if it does. Luis is highly recommended.

Have price written on the paper. He told me filter is going to cost $7.00 each but he charged me $10.00 and to a tiny screw was_$10.00. I wish I didn't hire him.
