+ -1 moreThe service was good and the carpets were cleaned as expected. Some spots remained but all-in-all, it was a good cleaning. Unfortunately they were almost 2 hours late for the service and it cost me more than I thought it would.

Upon our moving to another residence in 2011, Total Carpet Care was our first and only choice for a thorough cleaning of carpet, upholstery, linoleum and tile. This is the carpet cleaning service we rely upon and trust. For spot cleanings before our regular Christmas pot-luck, Keith at Total Carpet Care is our first call to make sure everything is squared away. With our old dog now having some "issues" in the house, we know that Keith will be available to assist. This was the case last month when our carpet was sorely in need of a cleaning and freshening. Keith took special care to learn what areas our old dog had issues on, and he was thorough to apply great cleaning methods to ensure a spotless result.
Description of Work: Thorough cleaning of carpets in high traffic areas, as well as other spot areas of our home. We have used Total Carpet Care for over 20 years. Additional services obtained over the years included upholstery, tile, and linoleum deep cleaning. Price is always competitive and service is prompt. We had come to know Keith at Total Carpet Care as someone that really cares.
