The entire experience working with Susan Pierce of The Studio on the Hill was easy and enjoyable from beginning to end. I contacted Susan after being referred by a friend who she had done work for in the past. Susan came to my house for a color consultation and estimate. She immediately honed in on my personal design style and began suggesting colors and finishes that were appealing to me but that I never would have been able to come up with on my own. She promptly put together a thorough estimate and proposal for updating my bedroom furniture and walls. Susan and her team showed up when they said they would and performed their work in a timely manner. They were very clean and efficient. Communication was always easy and clear, making for a smooth experience for everyone involved. I've worked with plenty of service providers with poor communication, so I especially appreciated the great communcation by The Studio on the Hill. Susan updgraded my brown wood bedroom furniture by transforming them into a beautiful designer grey metallic finish using specialty paint and wax finishes. She added a beautiful decorative embellishment design on my headboard as well. She changed previously gold framed mirrors to the grey metallic finish with gold accents and they look amazing in my bathroom. I just love what she did with my walls with the beautiful foil and metallic designer finishes she used. I've never seen anything like it before! I don't know where all this creativity comes from, but Susan's got it and knows how to implement her vision. I couldn't be happier with the work done by The Studio on the Hill and I will certainly call them for my future home beautification needs!
