Pier did a great job in remodeling our condo. He added an interior laundry that looks like it was part of the original construction. He also stepped up and took over the kitchen & bathroom cabinet installation from Lowes who failed miserably and ultimately we fired from working on our project. Pier also adds a lot of value with the suggestions he comes up with. Not only was he our General Contractor, he also became a friend.

This is our third time using P’s Handyman Service. The reason being is QUALITY workmanship. Pier is friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. We told him what we wanted done and he put together a fantastic crew to get the job done. The guys arrived on time and cleaned up each day they left. We had concrete work, stucco, paint, electrical, doors done. Pier constantly check his crews’ work to make sure it’s done right and to our satisfaction. He is like that guy Mike on Holmes on Homes t.v. show. He found all the improper messes the previous contractor should have never done. He fixed the wood around the garage door that had termite damage…something we were aware of. We wanted to get rid of our front door but Pier said to sand and re-stain it. Now it looks like new. You will not get short-change with Pier. He made great suggestions on how things should be properly done. If you’re looking for someone with integrity, Pier is your man. With him you get QUALITY! We will definitely use Pier again in needed!

This is the 2nd time we have hired Pier. He listened carefully to our needs & was a great partner in our project. Pier & crew tore out everything from garage. Added vents, lights, painted, added insulation, installed all shelving and sliding doors. He made custom sections for our individual needs, repaired our floor.......& so much more that I would need a full page for the list. Pier constantly comes up with excellent ideas to improve a project & you always end up wondering why you didn't think of it. He is not inexpensive, but you get what you want & more. He exceeded our expectations again.

Excellent. I explained my moisture collection problem of a north facing storage room that never gets sun. Pier recommended the old wood door be replaced with a Fiberglass that looks like it is a wooden door. Lock system installed as well.

With the heavy rains this year, the ceiling in the garage leaked in the same place it had 2 years ago. Pier came out asap and spent hours on the roof looking for the leak. He also took out the wall in a closet to stop the flow of water from the roof to the garage. He spent numerous hours inside and out determining the source of the leak. He then secured a roof repair company (a difficult job in the rainy season) who came out and finally got the job done. He also repaired a door lock that needed to be custom made. Once again, he saved the day!!

The quality of his work was exceptional when it came to woodworking, tiling and small jobs. The painting job was good. Pier was a pleasure to work with. He knows his trade and we would highly recommend him.

Pier did a fantastic job on every aspect of our project. With many years of experience in the construction industry, he is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of house building and repair. He takes pride in every detail and makes sure everything is done right and built to last. We are completely happy with how everything looks and confident that the work was done with expertise and integrity.

My parents needed a number of items fixed/repaired. I have hired Pier numerous times so I recommended him to them. They were very pleased with his work. He was thorough and completed all work in his usual excellent manner.

Pier Angeli was here every day, worked hard, took care to make everything he did perfect. I am more than pleased with my new bathroom. This man is a master at all the building trades I know about. I now have a newly tiled shower, new toilet, new sink, new floor, new paint job all of which included plumbing and structural work. I will definitely be hiring him again in the future. I have dealt with a lot of contractors, He is the best. Even the city inspectors complimented his work.

Was difficult making initial contact. Because of great reviews I persisted. Once initial contact made he was punctual and responsive. Price was highest of bids, but wanted a good job done and got it. He was present when the sub came to do the demolition, and did all followup work himself. He expects professional work from his subs as well as himself. I sometimes have problems with toxic odors from remodeling, but had done well for several remodeling projects. So was surprised when odors from this project were a problem, in spite of using low VOC/odor products. He was responsive and helpful in helping to figure out what the culprit was and how to re-mediate. We will need a kitchen remodel in the future, and I wanted to start working with a contractor on a smaller job to be sure we could work together well on a bigger project. We look forward to working with him in future.

Everything seemed fine until the next day when I noticed the upper part of the faucet was loose. I called Pier/Handyman back and he was very defensive. He said he had nothing to do with why the top was loose and blamed someone else that had installed the cartridge weeks before stating they must have not tightened the inner workings correctly and that I should call Delta to see why it's loose. When I hire someone I expect they would contact the manufacturer if they don't know what the problem is. I later called Delta and learned the cartridge had nothing to do with the problem. Regardless of this I hired Pier to install and have this 100% correct. It's just common sense. Who would hire someone and only want it partially fixed. He didn't want to hear it. He said he only was hired to reinstall from bottom of the sink. At the lease he could have said he would come and take a look at it and let me know how we'd proceed from this point. Instead he wanted no responsibility and played the blame game. Very strange. Even if there would have been an other charge involved he could have let me know that when he looked at it. Considering everything from a customer service prospective it was an appalling experience. He also noted before starting the job that if I didn't give him a review he'd never come back. Furthermore, I noticed after payment that I did not even receive the Angie's List discount.

We found Pier on Angie's list. We thought we had a minor leak in our shower but with Pier's experience and knowledge, he was able to detect a larger problem. Our last contractor did not build the shower correctly which resulted in major rework and repair. Pier completed the job on time, excellent finished product and was professional throughout the entire build process. We HIGHLY recommend him and will contact him again for any future work. We trust him!

Pier is excellent. He showed on time, assessed what needed to be done, had the plumbing done the next day and the door replaced and painted a few days later. If you want things done right he is your man.

Per was not able to get to me for an estimate prior to another Handyman. The job was so simple the other handyman did right then and there. I appreciate Per's quick response to my inquiry and need for an estimate. Its not his fault he is busy... I would have no problem asking him again for some work...

There were no problems. Work was assessed and completed quickly and efficiently. Pier and Greg are great to work with - which is why I use only theirs company for all of my work on my home.

Whenever we have an issue in our home we call Pier to get it done. He takes a great deal of pride in his work and expects the same from his workers. We have used his services repeatedly and we are never disappointed. He always follows up to make sure we are satisfied with the work that is done. I highly recommend him!!

Pier always does excellent work. Our wooden front screen door (installed by Pier over five years ago) had begun to sag because of aging and glue loosening. Pier put it back together with some screws and got it swinging properly. We had a set of closet bypass doors that hadn't had any service since the 1970s; Pier replaced the wheels and both doors slide like new now. We had new windows installed about ten years ago and they needed recaulking; Pier got them all sealed up.

Not much to say. It was a small job and Pier knew what and how to do it. He has seen our situation in our area often. We have a 30 year old home and live in a marine environment near the ocean and the weather is tough on wooden window frames. In short it went very well.

Excellent. Pier is the best contractor. He treats your home like it was his. He stayed on top of all the remodeling and was done when he said the project would be complete.

He promised to start on Thursday morning and finish on Saturday. He did it! JUST three days. He scheduled the delivery of the appliances, window, counter tops, and the subcontractors for the needed times and the work went smoothly and quickly. They reinstalled what he demoed with all new countertops, back splash etc. We are extremely pleased with the look of our "new" kitchen and especially the quality of Pier's work.

pier is hands down the best contractor! he has completed several jobs for me and i've been more than satisfied each time. i especially appreciate the advice he provides to help me to maintain my home. will definitely use his expertise for future projects.

Pier was punctual and immediately set o work. He soon discovered additional issues that needed to be addressed due to shoddy work in the past. He repaired the problems and installed the faucets and new shower heads . They look great! This is the fourth time we have used P's Handyman Services and we are extremely satisfied every time. He's also done outstanding work (replaced old tubular bulbs with recessed lighting) at my parents' home. We'll continue calling him for both minor and major repair work!

Pier's was excellent providing quotes and what he would do. Crew's arrived timely and were responsive. Pier has been very responsive to punch list work. A few quality control issues from crew that were addressed (no ending issue). Price was not the lowest, but we didn't pick Pier for low price. Door replacement was superb. Painters (with our permission) used the spray on masking tape on french doors. While it has advantages, we would suggest that it also has some disadvantages and homeowners should look carefully at both advantages and disadvantages before deciding whether to use spray-on masking or not. Not saying not to use it, but be educated as to pros and cons.

The job turned out well. We've used P's Handyman several times and we'll use him again. As always, the quality was excellent.

Pier repaired stone in the front of our home and hung a new door for us, including replacing hardware. As always, his work is impeccable. I highly recommend his services.
